Ordered 2 hours ahead and still waited 30min. Did not tell me I would be waiting for rice. Thanks for the great 60 min lunch and cost me money to wait for food. Also's watching your customers get food in compensation while they wait while I sat out in the lobby for a family meal. This is just unacceptable.

Came through the drive through, the employee was just fine but the vegetables in the chow mein were undercooked almost raw. The Beijing beef tasted old and it was overall not good.

I love their Teriyaki chicken! Their prices have gotten a little high! They used to have sweetened sours sauce in these little cups! Now they have them in these little packets that I don't like the little packet!Is there dinning area is kind of small!

The service here is consistently awful, the food is what you expect. I don't expect much, but eye-rolling, glaring, and snappy attitude is just over the top. A couple times is understandable but I don't see myself coming back to this location anytime soon.

I order the bigger plate they only put 2 entrees instead of 3 entrees for an order of bigger plate. Lucky I check when I got it but they give me an attitude not even apology and not even thank you when I check out. Not Recommended this place!!!
