1st time in. Noah was great. The female staff that was working was rude. Didn't know where the Mayo was and female staff member was rude when telling me where I was located. NOT RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FACE! You can hear her entire conversation through out the restaurant. She is very loud and rude.

I'm so excited to swap Starbucks for Panera. This place has been like a gold find for me. I am eating way better, and able to take my in between work and travel stops here is very refreshing. I use the app and promo so I can afford to tip them. They are kind and neighborly here. Cheers

Love Panera. Great food. Great pastries. Solid ambiance. Roger always comes to our table to chat and clean up.
My family and I went through the drive-thru this evening $50 worth of food while they were making it watched them rubbing their faces with their hands touching their hair picking their nose our drinks sat there by the window where we could see them I began to honk on the horn I banged on the window to then finally have them have a manager come to the window where I let the manager know that they were touching their face I didn't want the food they were making that's disgusting and I would like my money back didn't even offer anything to help us gave us the money back got us on our way I call he doesn't have anything to say other than he talked to one person I recommend nobody ever eat here unless you're okay with getting people's germs from their nose and their hair in your food it's disgusting and the customer service is atrocious the manager and all employees should be fired and replaced

Shoutout to Panera Bread for the amazing experience 🙃 Placed a mobile order, asked if they put straws in the bag — “Yep, they’re in there!” Spoiler: they weren’t.
The soda tasted like it expired in 2010, the brownie bites tasted like straight-up dirt, and within 30 minutes my daughter and I were both sick as hell.
So yeah, $40 well spent… to get food poisoning. Appreciate it, Panera. Truly elite customer service and quality. 👏👏
