I had gotten my wisdom teeth removed a day prior. the soup and grilled cheese were great but it's supposed to come with a side of French bread, I got croutons instead which I could not eat. i also got a smoothie but there were many chunks of ice in it so I couldn't drink it all. it's also supposed to come with napkins but there were none.

I went through the drive thru and I ordered and it was going well until I pulled up to the window the girl told me the total and I handed out my money and she snatched it out of my hand and tried to see if I was going to give her more money and once I tried to her the rest of the change she looked at me like I was taking forever. I found it rude that she snatch my money out of my hand but she still proceeded to treat me nice until I got my food. Don’t get me wrong I love Panera sandwiches and soups. I just didn’t like the way I was treated this time when I went through the drive-through.

Every time that I go to Panera bread in Nampa, they never have broccoli cheddar soup. Speaking that it’s supposed to be their number one soup they should not have it on the menu if they can’t ever provide it. If you want broccoli cheddar soup, don’t go to Panera in nampa. False advertisement, Continues to ruin every time I try to go to Panera In Nampa. Go to the Boise one unless you want Terrible food.

I’m so disappointed in this Panera bread. They hardly ever get my order right, delivery or drive thru. (ordered 6 bagels, they forgot the tub of cream cheese) for one example. When i went thru the drive thru and i got home i had a total different order. They forget items that i’ve ordered. Twice in a week.

If you want good coffee, go elsewhere...
The sandwiches were decent, nothing to write home about but they did the job...the coffee and customer service on the other hand need some work. The gal gave me a hot Americano instead of the iced Americano I ordered. She recognized the mistake and offered to pour it over ice. I informed her that is not how an iced Americano is made. She then tried to explain that it is the same thing and proceeded to inform me how they make an iced Americano. I declined. Evidently I will not be getting what I was hoping for or paid for.
I offered to just take the hot Americano as is. She apologized and was kind. Driving away, I took a sip of the coffee and it had a foul taste to it, unfiltered water maybe, IDK...
As a company that pushes coffee and a membership rewards type program, you would hope they knew that simply pouring a hot Americano over ice to correct the mistake they made is not the same as a fresh iced Americano.
I then decided to look for my receipt in the bag but I didn't have one nor was I offered one.
I called the store to inform the manager and she told me she would gladly remake the coffee. Seeing as I was already gone, I declined and she said there was nothing she can do over the phone. That seems ridiculous considering the tech world we live in. But instead of arguing I let her know I would contact corporate and inform them of my experience: the lack of receipt, wrong order, and the lack of knowledge of making a coffee properly and rough customer service with no care for the customer's satisfaction.
They had my money, oh well...
The process of making coffee matters and highly affects the flavor and quality. Very disappointed and a waste of ++$18 on two breakfast sandwiches and a single coffee.

I visited Panera Bread for the first time last month and had a good experience. But yesterday's experience was not nearly as good as the first time. I ordered a whole chicken bacon rancher and a hal of the same sandwich. My half had hardly any meat in it. The soup and sandwich combination I ordered had what I would call a cup of soup not a bowl. Additionaly, on my first visit, the staff knew the prices, the combos, the app the coupons and helped me get a great Deal. This last time, the staff knew very little. Panera Bread was not cheap, but the quality is inconsistent, and while pleasant, the staff have a wide variety of knowledge and engagement. Oh well.
