Only still order from here because my kids like the garlic butter and a few of their pizzas. They NEVER get my order right. I give them grace but come on. How hard is it to give people what they order and pay for. Again, didn’t receive the extras we paid for and ordered, and this particular time I paid for certain toppings, one of which was green peppers… tell me this is what it should look like. On just a couple of pieces and forget the rest of the pizza…horrible location. Half assed almost every time. Staff need retrained or trained period. Last time ordering from this location.

Horrible service waited for my pizza for over a half hour and the manager in the store didn’t even look me in the eye just had a pizza and walked away horrible service definitely not going back to that pizza place

I ordered 2 medium pizzas, boneless wings and the brownie dessert. I picked up my order and drove home. I was pretty disappointed to see that the boneless wings was more like school lunch chicken nuggets. I think if I would have seen what they actually looked like before I would have passed on ordering them. ANDDDDDD The pizza didn’t have the crust I paid extra for. BOOO. The brownie was the best part in my opinion. If I could go back I would sadly!

Worst pizza I've had in years. I got "the works", sausage pizza, and hot wings. The sausage pizza and the wings were mediocre which I kind of expected. I had the highest hopes for "the works" extra large, but the toppings were very wimpy. What a disappointment, especially since I spent 65$. Delivery was on time which is why I give em 2 stars. Go somewhere else.

Website is bait and switch. Has a late night special listed at $9. Doesn't say anything about the limit of toppings or the cost of additional toppings. Turns out it's a one topping pizza.Additional toppings are $2. I call the call center, and the person cannot answer my questions and tries to transfer me to the store. I said no this is a corporate issue. I then ask for a manager and they dump me on the store. I speak with Anthony the "new GM" he quotes me 15.99. To me it's dishonest they advertise a $9 pizza and leave out the details that effect the price

Pizza had literally no cheese. Tasted gross which matches their dirty restaurant. Come on, hire people that actually care.

Really disappointed that it took over a hour to get 2 pizza's and some chicken wings on a Tuesday night. Seemed like they had 1 driver which could be the reason. All of the food was luke warm when it was delivered.

Delivery was on time, which is good. Papa Johns is generally decent all around and one of my favorites since I was little.
Ordered a pepperoni, which I have no complaint about. 2nd pizza was a Hawaiian with extra pineapple. Hardly any pineapple on the whole pizza. It's pretty disappointing since it makes up the whole Hawaiian style. That's the main topping I look forward to. Pizza was okay, some of the other Papa Johns in the area does a little bit better.
I recommend if it's your only option. Other than that, probably my last time ordering from here.

Went there to get dinner for a movie night, just one pizza. Brought my service dog as I was by myself and needed her there. Staff was very patient as I tried to find the words for what I needed. No one purposely distracted her and they were very respectful about our space as we sat inside waiting for it to be made.
