The last 3 times I’ve tried to get papa John’s at this location has been a nightmare. I order online and head to the store when the tracker says my pizza is ready. All three times when I’ve gotten there, my pizza isn’t ready and they have no idea when it will be. They’ve told me it’d be over an hour wait multiple times even though online it says it’s done. The last time I even called in before ordering and they said 15-20 minute wait. I waited over an hour and a half before just cancelling my order. All three times the customer service at the store was horrendous. The workers were rude and absolutely no help at all. This use to be my favorite place to get pizza but I will never be returning and can’t recommend this to anyone. If you don’t want a crazy long wait and horrible customer service for an average pizza, avoid this place at all cost!

We ordered in the app. It was quick and easy. We haven't been in the store, so I cant comment on the atmosphere inside, but the staff is amazing and super polite when I called in to fix a part of the order, so I can assume the atmosphere is great. The order was delivered quick, but the pizzas didn't look like they were just thrown together. The pizzas were hot and fresh. Soo good! We love a good pizza. Definitely ordering again.

As someone whos been in fast food for 4 years it’s very important to check orders regardless if you are closing in an hour or so...

Ordered BBQ wings and garlic knots. The wings had little to no sauce on them, and the garlic knots came almost raw. Also asked for an extra garlic cup and didn’t even get one.

So I did a call in for delivery. It took almost 17 minutes to order it. They had an issue with my card which there was nothing wrong with my card after dealing with that for 5 minutes. Then when it got delivered to where I was at... I didn't get the extras that I asked for. Had to make two calls to the manager. They lost a customer
They didn't deliver the 3 pizzas we ordered. We only got 2 of their Medium 2 toppings pizzas. For $6.99. They charged us $34.00, after calling to compaln, they said the 2 pizzas cost $34.00 because the 3 cheese was considered a topping. They did offer to send the pepperoni pizza. They Doordashed it and the doordasher had to collect $20.00 from us for pizza and delivery. I will never buy anything from such a corrupt pizza joint. Shame on the the acting manager at the only Nampa Papa John's location. What a rip off.

Papa John's isn't what it used to be. Ordered a Large which is technically the size of a large (I think). However, there's so much crust that the actually pizza and toppings seem more like a medium or less. The pizza has gotten so thin too. Pizza is not as inexpensive as it used to be and to get hit by some kind of shinkflation on top of it is not great! I'll just say I'm not too excited to order again.
