I don't know what people are complaining about. I think Papa Murphy's is great. I enjoy the idea of take and bake pizza. I think that the toppings are good quality and the portions are big for a fair price. It's not like if Subway were to try and get into the pizza business with the take and bake pizza with yoga mat, laced pizza crust, and chopped and Frozen toppings that have to be shipped across the United States before they make it into your local branch before...

Always fresh and delicious ingredients, but the customer service is just next level. Didn't get the names of the boys working, but we misunderstood each other on what toppings to keep and which to remove from the order, and they gave us what we asked for and then some. I apologized for the mix-up, but they made sure to do the most for us to make us happy, and I appreciate them for it.

walked in with an ol Marine buddy and ordered up right there instead of calling ahead... it made no difference but maybe 5 min. longer and we were on our way with what I say is the best stuffed Chicago style pizzas... Mmm Mmmm!
