Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

My wife and I purchase pizza from here often. We love the convience of the drive through. One time we ordered pizza with some cheese bread. They didn't give us the cheese bread and didn't realize we didn't recieve it until we got home 20 minutes away. Instead of driving back for $5 product we called to ask to refund us the money. We were disappointed because they said they didn't have a manager onsite and only a manager could do the refund. We were told to come back another day. We live busy lives and forgot about it. We ordered food a month or so later. When I came to pick it up, I spoke to Sophie explaining what happened. Without a question, she gave us the cheese bread we paid for without any issues. I appreciate a company that writes their wrongs and the wonderful customer service from Sophie!
She deserves a raise! 👊

I stopped going to this location because staff was snotty. I needed a quick dinner so ordered a few pizzas. My online order didn't go through right. I wanted pepperoni not cheese. The gentleman working didn't charge me extra to add pepperoni. He was so nice. The girl working with him just glaring at me and seemed not so nice to her coworker. I hope he is praised for offering good customer service

This was a FANTASTIC experience, easily the best papa murphys experience I’ve had in the 15+ years I’ve been a customer. I ordered later in the night, about 30 minutes before close, and they got it done quickly and applied my coupon while checking me out with expertise. Margaret and, I can’t quite recall, possibly Fabio! You were both great 😀 supervisors I ordered Monday nov 26th, please give those two kudos!

The food is usually pretty good, but the service could definitely use some work. The employees seem like they definitely have better places to be and that they're doing the bare minimum. It's very common for our stuff to not be ready within the time it's stated it will be when we place an order. Numerous times we've placed an order, got there, waited an hour and were told it would be longer. We at that point just decided to leave.

This is poor people's pizza. By far the worst pizza you could ever order. Absolutely disgusting.

Best pizza in town!! Tried their chicken bacon artichoke with.cheese crust! Absolutely, delicious!!!!
