Experienced some technical difficulties with the app but they were ready to help me over the phone. I wanted to be sure to tip my delivery driver but I didn't have the paper to do it. I'll be sure to run it by personally because Chris deserves it! She was SO nice & friendly, super understanding of my crazy loud dogs. This store always delivers accurate orders and makes it right if there's an issue :) Chris deserves the 5 stars and so does this store!
Terrible service employees ignored me at the counter for 10 minutes and then finally after shouting they come over just to say that they lost my online order. Very unhelpful

I have ordered from the location N Jacob Alcot Way several times due to the fact that I am a night nurse at the nearby hospital. When I pick up my own order on the way into work I have had no problems, but when I order for delivery, I either don't get my food or it gets delivered to the wrong area and is cold by the time I hunt down where it is. Tonight when I called to inquire where my food was the girl answering was rude, said it had been sent out and said if I had a problem then I could call back during the week to speak to the General manager. She in no way tried to remedy the problem or address my concerns about the delivery issue. Then when I was trying to ask what the solution was for the current situation she hung up on me. I will no longer be ordering from this establishment. Not that my business will make or break them, but hopefully it will encourage others to go where the service is better and where you get the dinner you order.

My husband ordered a pizza over an hour ago. I called 3 times the first time I was told the driver has your pizza and he's already on his way.
The second time they called me and said, oh the driver came back with your pizza and said, we don't have an address. Listed on your receipt.
And then the third time he said the driver's almost here when I told them to refund my money and cancel my order. The store manager or employee that's answering the phone said The reason why its taken us so long is because your order was for carry out not delivery well if it was for carry out and not delivery. Why did the driver take off with my pizza to begin with? They're just liars. Do not order from this store!! And they still have not refunded.My money wasted $40 dollars in an hour and a half.
The driver showed up an hour and a 1/2 after my husband ordered the pizza and then argued with me about paying him or they'll take the pizza back after we've already told them to refund our money and keep their stupid pizza we don't want cold old pizza to begin with very poor professionalism with this company or this particular store and employees
