All 3 of our pizzas had very little meat on them. Flavor seems to be missing with these pizzas nowadays. Just bland. Bread sticks we're good. Service was good but, they definitely need more employees/help on the weekends.

I have had to pick up door dash orders for the last 2 nights. Same girl, not wearing a name tag. Redish hair, tattoos, dog paws tattooed on her left arm. Totally unfriendly person. First night she asked me if I had a bag. I tell her no, she just tosses a pizza doordash bag on the counter, says "they" don't let me deliver without it. Who is they? I'm the dasher and never been told I NEED a bag. Then says to me"sign the paper" when the order is ready, "here you go" sets pizza down walls away. Tonight, I walk in say it's a dash for, i give the ID. They'll call when it's out and turned around walks off. Same with others. No friendly greeting, no personality, just rude.

I placed an online order for pick up. When I arrived to pick up my pizzas th me employee did not offer to show me my order. As advertised in the store if they do not offer to show you your order, the order is free. When I brought this up, the employee and two managers refused to honor it. I was informed I can get a free pizza or a store credit. I let them know I did not want either. I wanted what was advertised and they still refused.

I never got to eat the food because I was so grossed out when I picked it up. The guy working there who I am pretty sure made my pizza, was so hairy. With hair going everywhere under the sides of his hat and no hair or beard net. I paid, took my pizza, but couldn’t eat it. What kind of business doesn’t care about hygiene of there employees when they are making customers food.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas. One with pepperoni and the other purposely without pepperoni because my stomach can not handle it. If I wanted pepperoni on both, I would of ordered one large pizza and saved myself some extra money. (And the stomach upset) I ordered bacon, onion and garlic but instead what I got was BOTH pizzas with pepperoni...so in turn means, no dinner for me. On top of that, they acted like they were SO busy that me coming in was an added stress where I did not feel welcome. I've actually worked a lot of pizza places in the past....I know what busy is and what I witnessed was not all that busy and to be treated like I was a burden as if they dreaded me walking thru the door, messed up my order where I can't eat it and then on top of that...the other pizza that was actually right that my guests wanted....they said was the worst pizza they have ever had. What a waste of my money. I will never order again. I've always loved Pizza Hut and I can't be more disappointed. Try hiring people with experience and stop hiring clueless, non caring teenagers. Your pizza is too expensive for that
Lots of room for improvement with communication between pizza hut and the dashers that deliver the food. Highly dissatisfied tonight.

Called Pizza Hut and got transfered to customer service what a joke. So I explained to the girl that I had a question as to why online it says $28.99 for a big box pizza with bread sticks and wings but when you checkout it changes to $36.99. She did not have answer and just keept laughing and joking with coworkers while I was on the line 20 min later i ask to speak to a manager or supervisor and she laughs and hangs up on me. So I call back and get a local manager and he explains to me that price is for a one topping pizzas but you don't have a choice for one topping pizzas just specialty pizzas so what do you do and once again don't have an answer stop scamming people pizza hut.
