They employ reckless delivery drivers that believe that a stop sign is optional. I was almost hit by one of their delivery drivers tonight as I was coming home. Didn't even slow down and when I honked my horn to keep him from hitting me, he flipped me off. This guy is going to end up killing somebody or severely injuring someone. I filed a police report and contacted the manager of that store and was blown off and was told they were giving a stirred talking to you. Whatever that means. They should be fired for driving like that. This moron is driving a red SUV and wears glasses. I'll be contacting the owners on Monday and filing a complaint with the owners of the business and seeing if I get a different result.

like the pizza but it is virtually impossible to order anything through the app or website. Constantly get messages that something went wrong, or access denied. Seems to gain every time. Seems like they could pick one of their drivers at random and they could create a more reliable website, even while they are making deliveries. The staff at this location more than make up for the company’s technical shortcomings though.

So the food was good I don't know if they were having an off night or what was happening but I walked in and asked for my order they told me I had 5 minutes left and then it'll be ready and then I come back and they tell me they don't even have an order for me and then I order and I get home and I am missing chicken wings and they have a deal that's supposed to be 1999 for the deal and that's not what they ran me out as pretty disappointed

Use to order a lot from here in the past. But has gone downhill. Probably fired or mistreated the original staff. Online ordering constantly fails. Any issues or order wrong would correct it. But now they don't. Don't care. And rarely have said sorry, or so replacement. Sad.

Over priced! Pizza was barely warm. Hardly any toppings. Whole pizza was just bad. There are so many better options for pizza. Just go somewhere else for your pizza. Pizza hut is done! Just trash!

IF ONLY THEY WOULD PICK UP THE DAM PHONE WHEN YOU CALL!! I love pizza hut but this experience was not the best. Lately when there busy they have a doordasher deliver the food. Which I don't care, but it's sad when it says you're food left the store and your watching an app tell you the dasher is sitting there in between your house and the store for about 20 minutes before it showed up. Then when it arrives your food that's supposed to be sealed is open and your food is cold and stale like it's been sitting out for a while. So I call the store to complain only to get the call center every time and even the call center says you just have to keep calling till you hopefully get the store. Then the lady proceeds to tells me how it seems like the stores don't like picking up there phones on purpose sometimes making it harder for the call centers as well. I'm getting tired of poor customer service..

The food and service were horrible, and the atmosphere was toxic. I ordered a pizza for delivery, but it was cold, and they messed up my order - I had specifically requested a stuffed crust.
The hot wings were a disaster. They didn't even look like hot wings. Instead, there was some really runny, white, creamy-looking stuff just thrown into the box. It wasn't even mixed with chicken; it was just poured over the top. The chicken itself was cold and hard-looking, and it seemed really old.
I called to have it remade, and they agreed to deliver a new order. However, when I opened the second delivery, I was appalled to find hair all through my pizza. I counted eight hairs before I gave up - they were baked into the cheese and toppings. When I spoke to the manager about the issue, they were very rude and snide.
As a result, my kids and I didn't get a decent dinner that night. We ended up settling for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. The experience was disheartening and ruined my appetite for pizza forever.

All 3 of our pizzas had very little meat on them. Flavor seems to be missing with these pizzas nowadays. Just bland. Bread sticks we're good. Service was good but, they definitely need more employees/help on the weekends.

I have had to pick up door dash orders for the last 2 nights. Same girl, not wearing a name tag. Redish hair, tattoos, dog paws tattooed on her left arm. Totally unfriendly person. First night she asked me if I had a bag. I tell her no, she just tosses a pizza doordash bag on the counter, says "they" don't let me deliver without it. Who is they? I'm the dasher and never been told I NEED a bag. Then says to me"sign the paper" when the order is ready, "here you go" sets pizza down walls away. Tonight, I walk in say it's a dash for, i give the ID. They'll call when it's out and turned around walks off. Same with others. No friendly greeting, no personality, just rude.
