This was the worst pizza experience I have ever had. Pizza was ready in 15 minutes but once I got it home I realized why. It was completely soggy. I figured it just hadn’t been cooked long enough, no problem, threw it in the oven for 10 minutes. Boy was I wrong. It was so soggy my 14 year old wouldn’t even finish one piece. What a complete waste of money. I tried to call the store for a refund. No answer for 25 minutes. I gave up. Never again will I order Pizza Hut.

This Saturday I had without a doubt the tastiest pan crust on a pizza I've had in the last few years. Absolutely stunning flaky and light and delicious. This Pizza Hut knows what they're doing. Was just a regular pan tastemaker and it was absolutely incredible. Basically speechless. Great job.

Caden was completely rude! I called in because I had $5 credit and they confirmed that. So I placed my order online and went to pick it up. Caden proceeded to tell me I didn't have credit and I asked him if there was anything he can do.. he told me I can pay full price or he can void it I asked to speak with someone else and he rudely told me "get out of my store"
I haven't eaten a pizza at pizza hut in years. I was shocked by how poor it was.

In the 10 minutes that I was at the 12th Ave location next to Albertsons, I noticed staff had no care towards customers and in particular, there was one employee who never changed his gloves. He went from touching his apron, to eating personal food, touching the computer and counting change, to touching the food. Definitely not safe or healthy to do that. Never will I order here again.

I'm going to preface this with saying I did not like Pizza Hut for the longest time because the Pizza Hut in Star ruined it for me. It was all dough, and that was even for hand tossed. However, this Pizza Hut has redeemed themselves. I absolutely LOVE this Hut. I've ordered from here about 20 times, and EVERY time the pizzas were nicely made, the toppings were over the whole pizza spread out, and they tasted great. There has only been one time that my pizza was not great, and it was on a Friday night, and they were slammed, but they offered to remake it at no charge. Which is fabulous customer service. Speaking of which, every employee I've interacted with has been friendly and never had any issues. And without a doubt, if Jackie, the manager, is working, the pizza will ALWAYS turn out great. The pizza here is, in my opinion, better than the Domino's on 12th, and it is the best pizza around 12th going towards downtown and Greenhurst area. So, if you are in the mood for pizza, this Pizza Hut will not disappoint.
