I think so far this by far the worst pizza hut I have ever got food from. The dough tasted so old, they didn't put anything for toppings on this pizza. My breadsticks tasted so old dry and nasty. Ordered on 2/19/25 1100 never again.. the Star of 3 should be lower.

Wrong style of pizza was delivered. I called in for the correction and they claimed to fix the situation but when it arrived they charged me. I felt bad for the door dash driver. I called again and was never given a call back from the manager.

Multiple problems. I ordered supremo sandwiches on line from your menu. At the 10th Street Caldwell Idaho store they told me "we don't make those". Sorry but "you can order something else". No concern for my waste off time, or for the waste of time waiting for a new order, refused to hurry a new order, refused to do anything (cost reduction, coupon, nothing) to compensate me. I left. Went to this store, ordered melts. Way overcooked, dry, hard. Very, very poor, and pretty clear pizza hut doesn't care.

Pizza was okay nothing special.... Crust was plain, nothing flavorful kinda like cardboard... I haven't eaten at pizza Hut in years.. so decided to give them a try tonight... I'm old school and I remember pizza Hut back in the 80's and 90's was the best! They changed the crust and that's when they went down hill... Kids today will not understand what I'm talking about that buttery crunchy pizza crust was absolutely delicious.... I won't go back for cardboard pizza... Staff was very nice.... The pizza is the problem yuk ... Sorry about the rant... Pizza hut gross.. Forever lost a old school customer. I ate the toppings and gave my dog the crust, he didn't mind it...
