Just tried to order a pizza -15 mins on the phone passed to 3 different people , I finally had to say no thanks this is ridiculous. They couldn’t find my address ( I got a coupon sent to this address that’s why I was calling ) what the heck guys ? Absolute worst experience- I am 36 years old I’ve ordered hundreds of pizzas I’m sure . Never once needed to leave a one star review . You need an entire new staff because the THREE kids I talked to were fricken delusional. Won’t ever ever come here .

If only the pizzas were as good as they were back in the 70's, 80's and early 90's. The pizzas have gone down hill so bad. The pan pizzas used to be a thicker crust and more. flavorful. There used to be more and better quantity of toppings. We didn't need to request for the pizza to be cookedfor an extra amount of time. The pizzas always came out fully cooked back in those days. It is very disappointing of how far Pizza Hut has gone down hill over the yrs. It used to be a weekly favorite thing to get a supreme pan pizza. Now, we maybe have Pizza Hut a couple times a yr only to remember why we don't go there near as much as we used to. I remember how packed Pizza Huts used to be, and nice salad bars. Today, pffft, terrible quality at much higher cost.

Been years since I have had pizza hut, they have updated somethings and the pizza seems better than it once was. Was able to pick up dinner for my family quickly and no hassle. Website is easy to use and reward system is solid.

I think so far this by far the worst pizza hut I have ever got food from. The dough tasted so old, they didn't put anything for toppings on this pizza. My breadsticks tasted so old dry and nasty. Ordered on 2/19/25 1100 never again.. the Star of 3 should be lower.

Wrong style of pizza was delivered. I called in for the correction and they claimed to fix the situation but when it arrived they charged me. I felt bad for the door dash driver. I called again and was never given a call back from the manager.
