I love El Guero so much I live in downtown Boise and I come all the way to Nampa for the best seafood in the valley amazing atmosphere especially when live music is going on amazing staff. I was in there recently and they went above and beyond to take care of me, much appreciated. I’m gonna tell all my friends to go to El Guero.

Camarones a la Cucaracha were 💯 finger liking good. I will definitely come back just for these. So so SOOOOOOO good! The tostada de camarones was good, but no better or worse than any other place. And the Michelada was PERFECT!

We had the best time last night! The restaurant was packed and the food quality and staff friendliness didn't suffer. It's one of those restaurants that you probably couldn't have a favorite dish at because you want to try everything!!! Together, we ordered the Medusa, loaded oysters, bacon wrapped camarones in mango sauce, and my picky eater loved the rotisserie chicken. Can't wait for our second visit!

I enjoyed it. I had the bassillo (spelling) tacos. They were crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside, plus it came with more broth for dipping. Delicious!
