Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Although I've never eaten at a bad Popeyes, this was my best experience ever. The cashier helped me with their app to order my special being offered. The food came out fast, fresh, and hot! Great team of associates.

Customer service was horrible. Spoke to 2 different mangers and both of them were very unprofessional and completely messed up my order. Tried to contact customer support and got nowhere. This location specifically sucks

Ordered a special online and went through drive through to pick it up. They were quick and polite. Didn't recieve and pressure to tip like alot of places now days.

Absolutely amazing service! We were helped tonight by Landon and John who were amazing problem solvers! Had a little card issue they were patient and kind even helped find an easy solution for everyone! Food was superb as always, we love eating here!

Not only are your prices ridiculous, you forgot my biscuits. The restaurant was empty not busy and you failed the most basic task. Wake up or you won't be in business long.

Got a 6 pice wings boneless and this is what I received. Little to no sauce it is 3 big pieces then crumbs.

On 2/3/25 at approx. 11:22am, while I was at the drive thru window waiting for my order, I saw two men and one woman crew members standing around and smoking a blue e-cigarette together in the kitchen. I could not see the supervisor but it seemed like she was within close enough of a distance to see the behavior because she walked by and brought me my order right after that. It would be unreasonable to believe that she was not aware of the behavior and she is therefore she is either complicit or permissive. So 1 star on this behavior. However, I called and talked to the manager later on the phone and he took my complaint very seriously so 5 stars on that behavior. That makes an average of 3 start.

I am very disappointed with this restaurant. My son placed a DoorDash order and we ordered a fries and they only gave us a few fries at the bottom of the bag very unprofessional when I called. They did not answer the phone and when I called again, the line was busy. They are ignoring the phone and they do not have good customer service. I would rate this place zero stars if I could very mad very disappointed I would like my money back or for someone to answer the phone, but will they do that no

The kids wanted to go here. So we did. Standing in line and ordering... AN 8 PIECE CHICKEN TENDER (family basket) is $34!!!!!!!! I have all boys, that is not going to feed us all. Added 2 more sandwiches and 2 large drinks... was gonna be around $60... Nope, not doing it!!!! That is crazy to me. A chicken sandwich combo is $17!!!!!😵 Needless to say I canceled my order, went to Chic-fil-A instead..... only spent $40:-)

The soda machine has been "out of order" for over 6 months now. Step up your game owner and spend the money to fix it. It's a serious inconvenience to your staff and a frustration to your customers
