Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Ordered two big box meals with strips and paid extra for Mac & cheese. Got home and realized I didn't get sauce for the chicken strips, butter for the biscuits and one of the Mac & cheese was only filled half way. Really annoying because I never come here (expensive) and the one time I indulge, I get jipped. It won't let me add a picture

Absolutely horrible customer service and on top of that I received raw chicken after waiting for “fresh” chicken. Called the store and was told since I ordered online I had to figure it out online… like excuse me. Been quite a few times and every time it just gets worse. Management and all the workers need and attitude and hygiene check. I could go on about how absolutely gross the food is and how disrespectful all of the employees are.

I like Popeyes. Their chicken is some of the best chicken ever i grew up eating it in California.. But it just seems like the people who work there don't care. They don't care about the quality or the customer service. We ordered a strawberry frozen lemonade, it was not frozen and then when he handed it to me, he was like, are machine needs 24 hours to freeze the drink he gave me is warm syrup i asked him to put ice in it. And what my daughter said it just tasted like sour syrups i asked him to put ice in it french fries were stale.Their cold slaw was gross almost like it had expired. Like what's going on like what is happening.

Popeyes is great. The Original chicken sandwich is the best.

Tonight we had the pleasure of dinning at one of the best Popeyes restaurants we've had in Years! The hardworking staff made us feel like we were family! Taryn our hostess tonight was absolutely on point! The food was perfect! Thank you guys for giving us such a great experience!
