Today I thought I would try this restaurant Port of Subs and didn't know what to expect. I didn't know how good the food was going to be. I'm so glad that I walked in and ordered a sandwich the food was delicious, the service was excellent, it was a very clean restaurant & the manager was very accommodating. I told her I had never eaten there before she told me a lot about the food, the restaurant, how long the business was an operation and overall I had a delicious meal and it wasn't even that expensive. I will be definitely coming back here.

I tried port of subs for the first time yesterday and I was pretty disappointed. The amount of meat is extremely skimpy. I tried the rosemary bread and it was so thin, dry and crumbly that it did not hold together well at all. I ate half my sandwich and when I went to eat the other half later it was completely inedible.

They should change the name to poor subs, freaking awful, bread taste like a sponge, all 4 of us disliked our lunch and won't be going back.

This is the sandwich I got yesterday. It’s supposed to be an ultimate gourmet grilled cheese but really it was 4 slices of cheese put on bread & handed to me. This costed $13 & I waited 10 minutes & they were completely empty. I should’ve known to just leave after the girl I ordered from was super rude and had no idea what she was talking about.

I probably won't go back. The employees were so busy talking to each other the last they couldn't listen to customers (I was the only one there with five employees). The sandwich was good. Customer service was not.

Great food, great service! In a world where you’re lucky if the employees will acknowledge your existence, it’s refreshing to see a friendly staff that goes the extra mile.
