I’m very disappointed. The older worker was rude and impatient to us and the other workers. I didn’t see a name tag but she was on the older side and she was already being rude to the younger employee when we got there. We were trying to decide because we have never been here before and it seemed really cute. She had no respect or manners from the moment that we walked in. She was tapping her pen at us, saying “are you ready yet” huffing and puffing. I will not be coming back. Hopefully the food was worth the rudeness, but our drinks taste half made and she threw the straws at my boyfriend. If she’s so miserable maybe she needs to find another job and not ruin the experience for brand new customers. There was no boba in my boyfriend’s boba chai and we payed extra. This is ridiculous. How unsettling to know an employee can ruin someone’s business that easily.

Usually this place is great even when it’s packed. We drive 15minutes every Saturday just for the bagels but today we got the wrong order and didn’t realize until we were home. We didn’t want to drive all the way back just to wait another 20 minutes in line so I tried to call and request a refund. The phone number listed online doesn’t work it asked me to enter in my phone number and pin which makes no sense. These bagels aren’t exactly cheap and we left a tip on top of it all. I really just want my money back at this point. The Meridian location was also rude when I called to ask them if they had the correct phone number. I am so disappointed. I understand mistakes happen especially when you’re busy I’m mostly just unhappy that it is such a hassle to even call them and that their other location wouldn’t take 2 minutes to help me get ahold of the Nampa store to make this right. Bad customer service can cause a business to crash and burn, I recommend the owners get a handle that before it’s too late and please please update the phone number online so you have a chance to rectify any mistakes you make.
Their chicken and veggie soup is my go to when I'm not feeling well. The cinnamon twist pastry is my favorite item here.

I was just in a few days ago, and it looks like they have upgraded the dining room with comfy chairs! ? this is my go-to spot for Boba! Tarro smoothie with extra Boba is my all-time favorite. The variety of cream chesses for the bagels is amazing, too! Everyone has always been so friendly when we go in, and I've never had an issue with an order.

Order on their website for macaroon cookies. Anyone with a brain knows a plural s means multiples. Only received one cookie. Called the store and they said I had to work with door dash for a refund despite it's their website that plural cookies. Then they hung up on me. Went to door dash and they send me back to them for a refund but they won't do it! Both door dash and their website list macaroon cookies so you should get more than one cookie. It is a complete scam. Don't waste your money on them

First time visiting, and we were happily surprised. Bagel variety is awesome. and tasted very good. Latte tasted better than Starbucks at a not so Starbucks price. Service was adequate. Food prices are very reasonable. The drink selection is also great. The place does need a bad remodeling update and paint job. Minor quibble aside...highly recommended ? ? ?

Ordered some breakfast on door dash. First time having food through them. I ordered a plain bagel with egg cheese bacon. I added avocado! Totally worth it. My husband had a bacon, sausage and ham breakfast sandwich. Both turned out amazing. We ordered coffee and those tasted incredible. Super happy with the service. Would highly recommend. Will be eating again !
