LOVE this location!!!!! Leah is FANTASTIC!!!! She is so sweet, helpful, a great personality and professional! Not only is the food AMAZING (we’ve been here 3 times within the last week and a half) but the restaurant is clean, great music, great service whether you dine in or takeout. My absolute favorite burger is the Double Mushroom Truffle, no Swiss cheese and replace it with pepper jack, add bacon, grilled onions, raw onion and extra truffle sauce. Oh my goodness!!!! Phenomenal! Meal isn’t complete unless you have the Smash Fries and the strawberry dragonfruit drink! Thank you so much for keeping my tastebuds happy!!!

I have been to this specific Smash Burger location quite a few times already. The food is incredible! I would say it is among one of the best burger joints in the Treasure Valley. If you're looking for a good burger, fast service, and a great experience, come to this location. Do you want to know something else too? All military members and family get a great discount! First time at a smash burger and it was very smashing! Al was a great hostess and the food really was very very good. I couldn't believe the veteran's discount! And I didn't ask we were asked if we were veterans!

The food is always good, but the service was awful. When we walked in there was no one in the restaurant and 4 employees standing talking with each other. We stood at the counter while each of them tried to decide who would take our order. Finally after rolling his eyes at us, one kid finally took our order. The four of them were not at all happy we came in. After us two more customers came in and the same thing happened to them.

The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful with great attitudes. Everything was clean, food was good and well prepared, service was prompt. The parking lot is a bit cramped, but adequate. We went here today for their brussel sprouts...which are always SO GOOD and we weren't disappointed. I recommend you go to Smashburger for a great burger and a menu with a nice variety. Thanks guys, we'll be back next time we are in the area.

placed an order and when I wanted to order the scorching fries they said they can only make normal fries not even smash fries this was at 9:25 pm so more than 30 minutes before the store closes. The manager was rude and lazy. I probably won't go to this location again without an apology from that guy. Worse service I've ever had. Very disrespectful and I'm disgusted by our treatment tonight. I also like how they ignored my review but the owner will comment on other reviews. That's poor customer service just like their bad employees. I'll tell everyone not to go to this location ever

Typically love smash burger, my mother and father in law went placed a carry out order for all of us to bring home and eat after a long day of doing yard work roughly 7:30pm on Saturday, we ate it no problem but the next morning we all ended up getting terribly sick with food poisoning with very awful stomach cramps etc. probably will not be returning to this location again, not sure what went wrong or if the meat was left out or spoiled but I know we do not want to get sick again.

I called ahead to confirm they have gluten free buns. When I went into order the young man at the counter was very kind and helpful. I had a hard day and accidentally forgot to request a gluten free bun when ordering. Luckily, the young man at the counter remembered the call! So grateful because I would have been very unwell had I got a regular bun.
Food was absolutely perfect and very delicious. I ordered the classic burger and smash fries per his recommendation. Very grateful they accommodated me at 9:15pm.
