First time going to this place and when I go in, the girl there was like the lobby is closed. And I was ok. Wanted to see the flavors that they had since they had some written down on a board. And I asked her can we just see the flavors you guys have then we go by the drive thru. But she was rude she said no we are closed until 4pm you can look up the menu on line. I mean ok well lock you door. She shouldn't be rude to the customers. Just went and left didn't even got to try nothing!!!!

I love sodalicious and go very frequently but the past few times I’ve had bad experiences with the brunette girl with glasses working the drive thru. She is rude for no apparent reason multiple times and it’s really starting to make me not want to go when there’s literally a Dutch bros right next door.

I have become very disappointed I’ve been to this location many of times and always get a cranberry 7up and lately it has just been tasting like 7up when I called and asked for it to be replace or re made they had let me know just to order my 7 up with 3 shots of cranberry next time instead of getting it re made.

Best soda drinks around, if you don't want to go to STARBUCKS or Dutch Bros, this is the best alternative, they have popcorn, great cookies, best mixed drinks ever, try the EL DOCTORO, DR P and Horchata!!!!Just fabulous. TREAT YOUR FRIENDS TO ALL THEY CAN DRINK ON SUNDAY, THEY ARE CLOSED.

I have been getting drinks from the Nampa location since it opened and for a while it was great. But for the last several months it seems they value their own "policy" over potential customers. I walked in the lobby today rather than waiting in the long drive through. One of the girls started to take my order when the other one stopped her. She said "sorry but the lobby doesn't open for another 15 minutes. I asked if she was seriously kicking me out and she said i could get in the drive through line. I asked if there could be an exception here but was told the Ipad station for the lobby won't work until noon. I suggested they could use the station at the window but was told " that is against policy ". I have these syrups at home and recreate their recipes often for a fraction of the price. But i want to support business when i can so i still buy from them when in the area. Now, not so much. If they value policy over a customer, so be it.

Laziest staff I’ve ever seen. I walked inside their store today and was turned away because their lobby was “closed” yet they were still serving their friends in the lobby. I recommend going next door to Dutch bros where you can get a good drink where staff members put the customer first
Love this place! I’m from Boise and they have a place similar to this and I loved it so when I moved to Nampa I was so happy to see Sodalicious!

The last 3 or 4 times that I’ve gone to this location my order has not been correct. They don’t repeat your order back to you so you don’t know it’s wrong until they give it to you. Also, they don’t ask for your phone number to earn rewards. Guess I’ll take my business to other locations.
