App says that they charge $3.99 for a double sonic queso smasher guy at the drive through window said they “we don’t honor prices on the app” so essentially they scam people also took 15 minutes getting us our food overall worst service I have ever had and frankly I would rather starve to death then order from this restaurant again if I could I would give them negative stars these people are genuinely so disrespectful at this location in my life it felt like I was paying to be told I was worthless and overall I would rather quit eating out then only eat at this sonic PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE!

Went to sonic today around 7:30-8pm and tried doing 2 separate orders in the drive thru and they said to go to the booth so I ordered there instead. They took my two orders and came back with only one because they forgot the other and had no idea I even ordered a second. The service was terrible and took forever when it wasn’t even that busy. We waited so long for the order and they ended up messing it up so I just left.

I come to this sonic often. And every time I come here, they mess up my order every time there’s only been one crew that has got it right. I’m tired of coming here and having them mess up a very simple order a garlic bacon burger with no mayo no onion extra garlic butter that’s it. I’m done tipping for employees that don’t want to do there jobs.

ordered what I thought would be simple. A small dr pepper, a medium oreo shake and a small tater tot, not sure what the girls name but my experience tonight 12/1/24 around 11:30-11:45 was terrible, she was rude from the start and didn’t seem interested in her job. I tried to cut her some slack but once I got home and realized there was some CRUNCHY BURRITO in the bag and called them about it i’m pretty sure it was that same girl who answered the phone and all she could say was she could get us a new dr p and milkshake but unfortunately our tator tots were also handed to the wrong person. So please make that make sense? Everything else was right so why would we want a dublicate of our drinks. she was not helpful, if you can’t handle food service don’t work in it. hope actions are taken because thats unacceptable as someone who worked in food service I would be right on and fix my mistake. but even so I wouldn’t make a mistake over something so simple.

the mozzarella sticks i ordered were over cookedthere was no cheese inside of them i couldn’t even eat it.
Ordered and waited for 30 minutes. Saw several other people get food before us after arriving after us. Wasn’t busy at all. Asked the staff where the food was at and they said it was a “rush”. It was not a rush at 9:15PM. Still waiting on the food… it’s $15 worth it’s not like it’s alot to prep.
Update: Just got the food, ticket says 9:25, not 9:00 They forgot to put the order in and wouldn’t tell us. Terrible service.
