They never get the order right. It's not that hard to double check you've got everything before you take it out. Then I talked to the carhop about missing items, who started telling me, well I just got here, so I don't know... Let me check...

It's not open. I just was there. Don't know why. Also make your app 24 hours and have a place for drive thru window for pickup options.

Had to wait till 12 for my sister to get off work and came here to use the restroom because it's the closest one. IF YOU ARE OPEN 24-7 UNLOCK BOTH BATHROOMS!! I'm not only embarrassed but find it unprofessional to lock the Male restroom. I am a teenager male coming out of the female restroom because it was the only option other than peeing myself. Not only am I going to be thought of like a pervert and a peeping tom which I am not I might as well look like a creep. This was literally the worst thing to happen to me tonight and honestly I'm pissed off right now and if something is wrong with the restroom I wouldn't be pissed rn because I understand if there was issues with the bathroom making it unavailable but nothing was posted outside the door or anything making this a problem and honestly I feel is a safety concern because you'll have other males going to use the restroom making females uneasy seeing male's coming out of the female restroom.

I ordered some food. It was wrong. I contacted support. They apologized and the manager from this location (Janet) contacted me personally to apologize and offered me a replacement free of charge. So nice, until I went to claim said replacement. Janet met me at the window, accused me a lying to get free items. Proceeded to berate me in front of anyone and everyone in ear shot. Demanded proof of wrong order and just was a complete psycho. When I contacted support again regarding her deranged actions, they apologized and said they would contact me with a resolution. That never happened. I am saddened that I cannot eat here anymore, as I am afraid this woman will harm my food. She knows my name and face and with her potential for aggression, I cannot trust that my food will be safely prepared. Janet seems to be protected. I’ve read quite a few bad reviews about her. Nothing seems to be done regarding her or her attitude. It also looks like the owner responds to every single comment regarding this store except for mine. Which is odd, cause all bad comments and all good comments have some response. Maybe I just hit to close to home for them to want to acknowledge that by responding.

Worst place to go to all the managers are crazy (Janet) especially I ordered food and it was wrong and they told me to come back and they will remake it but when I did i was met with one of the rudest dare I say Karen’s I’ve ever met. And never got my food just go to Dairy Queen way faster and kinder 0/5 stars

I went through the drive thru 9-17-25 after 6:30 PM and I had an amazing young man help me, it’s hard to get great customer service now days, Josh Tallman is fabulous and I’m not sure why he’s at Sonic because it’s hard to get nice people in this place because they are under paid and over worked. Josh deserves to be a manager because he cares about his job and the customers. Josh needs a raise and to be noticed because he made a believer in me that there are still nice young people out there, hard to find, I found him. Thank you for being so sweet Josh! Don’t ever change who you are and if you feel like you are changing there, find a new place to shine. Thank you and I hope I get your service again!!
