Our order taker, shut it off and the screen read "We'll be right with you " After several times of repeating the order, it still wasn't correct After waiting more than 20 minutes we just accepted it, only to find out the #1 was smaller than the #3. It looked like it had been dumped and certainly wasn't hot. We ordered 2 drinks, 1 limeade and 1 root beer-No Ice. Well, we received snowcones, ridiculous! With the amount of burger places to choose from, you'd think each one would put their best foot forward. I guess not!!! Are you telling me In n Out is the only one thankful for your business?

They gave our food to the wrong car the lady drank out of my soda and opened my burger realized it wasnt hers then took her straw out they brought it to us after she gave it back i told them what happened and they said no ill never come back again thanks kai

I keep ordering light ice in my drinks but I still get a full cup of ice every time. When I ask for a new drink, they reply with "well we already made that one for you so..." so what? A cup full of ice and not much drink is so frustrating to go a whole day with Nothing to drink but ice... They really need to pay attention to orders that are customized and what they say, with doing what the customize part says. Not just drinks but customized food too.

On the night of January 18, about 10:30/11 pm, I stopped here after getting off a long flight from a family funeral. I ordered a chili dog no bun and tater tots. The chili dog in the holder was just tossed into the bag, leaked chili all over the bag onto my pants, and the hot dog came out of the holder into the bag. I couldn’t even eat the hot dog. I don’t understand why it wouldn’t have been put into a flat holder in a bag as it usually is so it would remain flat instead of just thrown into the bag. Waste of my money and time.

Paid extra for some extra reeses and we got nothing at all but plain ice cream. And why do you offer marinara if you aren’t ever going to actually include it??Server wasn’t pleasant either. We stopped tipping years ago because of the awful service here. These kids need to be paid less.
The drive-thru speaker was crackling and I had to repeat myself multiple times. We stopped to pick up dinner shortly before 9:00. Not many customers, but service was slow. Ordered a cheesy bacon sonic stacker laden with mayonnaise, 3 chunks of onion, 3 pickles all clumped together in the middle and NO BACON. How does something with "bacon" in the name have no bacon? Maybe the crappy speakers? Wish we would have stopped at Jack-in-the-Box instead...

I don’t think I’ve ever had such a consistently poor experience at a sonic
One of my chief complaints is the chili dogs, typically a fork is placed diagonally across the tray as to not let the wrapper touch the cheese, every time food is placed on top of the dog and when removing from the sleeve all of the toppings are scraped off,
Food always tastes like it’s been sitting for hours and combo discounts are frequently missed causing a high price for sub par food and service

They are just wonderful. I wanted to sample their pickle sno-cone slushies. They gave us a small one so we could sample it. It tastes strange but good in a funny way. UPDATE: We went to the Nampa Sonic@Idaho center. We ordered the new Smash Burger. I am not really a burger person but I thought I would try it. It was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend it. The sauce knocks it out of the park!

Went to a CarHop on sat there for over 15 minutes and nobody said hi or took my order. You are better off going to a different sonic, like the one on Marketplace
