For the most part most of them are pretty fast and reasonable. Went to one last week where the employee seemed extremely confused and after over 5 minutes at the drive thru trying to order I canceled and left to go to another one.

It sucks that it’s such good food and shakes, but damn can they at least once get my order right!!
Ordered with Uber they must haven’t put my name on the bag or the drink cuz they forgot it, the burger didn’t have my jalapeño on the burger and they threw in 2 corn dogs instead of the queso wraps, it’s not complicated I’ve worked at fast food, put the right food into the bag!! What a waste of 30$ paying 6$ for a Red Bull drink at least put half a can into it this dosnt even taste like you “splashed” it with red bull what a rip off!! Multiple times they forget a second patty in the double burger like how dumb do you have to be to not put two patty’s in the double burger this has happened multiple times, what idiots do they have working thier where that’s acceptable service, that or it’s just negligence and doing it on purpose??
What a joke sonic used to be such good food but these kids working there are dumb!

This has to be the worst Sonic in America!
I have never had a fast food experience here. Every single time I go, it's been at least a 15-minute wait, even when I'm the only customer there, even if I order ahead on the app.
Tonight, I ordered two small blasts, easy, right? Not for this Sonic, after waiting for 15 minutes, they brought me 1 blast and a shake, I told them the order was wrong, and they said they'd get me the other blast, after pressing the red button multiple times to remind them to bring me th right thing, I finally had my 2nd blast over 30 minutes later. Completely unacceptable for any restaurant let along one that claims to be fast food.

If I'm giving 5 starts because I can't complain with the service, my family gets when we come here. Yeah we wait couple minutes but it's worth it and I'm proud to see hard working young ppl in there doing there best , as humans we forget what it is to work in a fast food place and have patience. Thank you sonic team for doing your best keep doing well. My children love their shakes and meals and I love my slushy. Thank you sonic team ! God bless each one of you.

So let's start with the app!! It used to work perfectly, now any time you try to apply a special offer or discount it won't process it through your checkout. Additionally they did away with the auto location feature so you have to manually enter which drive up location your currently using. Food is okay if your looking fof a quick burger and fries.

Sonic is Sonic at the end of the day. Food is what it is but the service? I ordered two drinks & a popcorn chicken. Waited 20 mins no cars in front of me but a massive line behind. I don't understand how that happens...

So I just stopped in this morning on my way to work and I just wanted to point out that Andrew has phenomenal customer service skills. He was very upbeat during the entire transaction and I even made a point to let him know as I went up to the window.. We chatted a bit and I thought it was really awesome that he said he strives to make everyone’s day better because you never know what type of morning a person is having!!

I’ll NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SONIC AGAIN !! Would give 0 stars if possible. Incorrect order at drive through. Waited over 25 minutes with only 1 car ahead. Wrong flavor shake. Had to argue then taste it to confirm to get the employee to make another. Part of order was cold. Asked to remake a kids burger. That took another 10 minutes. No sorry for the delay or offer to reimburse me for the order. Pretty much just tossed everything in the trash when I got home because it was all cold and stale tasting. Do better Sonic ! Used to be a great place. Now staff sucks and so does the food. Stay away !!
