Ordered a hand mixer oreo cheesecake shake and it had no flavor, cheesecake or oreo flavor. We went back and asked the car hop girl (young cameron diaz look a like) for a new small one. She brought back a large with lots of flavor and told us to keep the original, no charge. Great Customer Service. ?

Young man with the black medium length hair working 11/25/23 was super cool! He made sure my order was 100% correct before handing me my drink, made sure I didn’t want to add anything else, had a genuine smile.

I got to give a huge shout out to ceasar, braxton and bailey. 3 amazing workers who when my order was messed up . i called and bailey asnwered the phone helped me by replacing my meals that were messed up. But she wrote it down since i didnt wanna come back same night. Fast foward 2 days and ceasar cames out to talk with me. Bailey talked to him already so he already knew about my problem remembered it. And gave me More then i lost out on. Safe to say i will be coming back here more often because of these 3 amazing employees! Im not one to call unless its absolutely needed and the few other times ive called other stores they did not treat me with as much respect, cared that it was messed up nor helped me as fast as these 3! Also when my food was brought by Braxton who made sure everything was there and my order was correct and if i needed anything else .

Sonic is such an American tradition. I love that they still bring the order to the car if you'd rather not get in the drive thru line. I ordered online and the lighted menu recognized me and my order! It was cool too watch the progress of my order. Gotta love technology. I tried a chocolate milkshake and had some new buffalo cheese bites... wow- so good. Service was fast and pleasant.

We sat waiting for someone to take order, push button 5 times... of course with time in between. 5 minutes but others next to that had just pulled up getting orders taken. So we hit the drive thru. Was quicker but employees walking food out to others we like sloths, slow, no smile. Lady at window was chipper. Took forever for our food though. Food over cooked, non of the sauces we asked for.
