I just want to give a huge shoutout to Oscar Mikey â (the guy with braids) and Faith at Starbucks! Every time we come in, they remember our order without us even having to say it, and that kind of service really means a lot. They always treat us so well â friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind.
Itâs rare to find people who consistently go above and beyond, but they do it every single time. They make our visits something we actually look forward to. Great customer service like that deserves to be recognized!

This isnât the first time my order has been messed up the first time I decided not to come to this one is when the girl told me rudely âI have a 17 ticket order in front of yoursâ which I did an online order 30 minutes prior to there drive thru customer I wanted a Carmel ribbon crunch Frappe with no whip and no carm drizzle and there was whip cream and it was all melted into the drink because I had placed it a while ago, I wouldnât have cared if there was no whip cream. This made me late to work because they took a long time remaking the drink and my food was not on the counter. I donât go to this one ever but my co worker decided she would today because itâs on the way to work. We spent $35 for the food to be burnt and my drink and hers to be wrong not to even add in the attitude from the blonde younger guy. I order a carm ribbon crunch frappe with no whip no carm drizzle but keep the dark Carmel on the bottom and a pump on top nun around the edge (it makes it way to sweet) and hers was supposed to have peppermint it didnât have an peppermint in hers and mine had regular carm drizzle around the edge and all making it overly sweet very disappointed. Fix it I or no one I know will go to this one.

Everyone is always nice when I stop by! The guys in the drive up always greet me with a smile. Maddie is absolutely amazing. She greets me by name in the drive thru and lobby, and remembers my favorite drink. When the app wouldnât let me order my favorite, she remembered and made my drink anyway. It made me smile all day đ.

Come on do better Starbucks I always order the same drink. Door dash isn't cheap I pay for breve and you once again couldn't read the ticket . I don't bother to bring it back in the morning....last time I did I was treated rude.... I'm done spending my money at your location....

Oscar is the true MVP. Went to another store (grave mistake) and the drink I was given was awful. Stopped by this location for a remake but they were out of oatmilk, so he called another location to make sure I got the right drink. Very thoughtful! Thanks Oscar!

This is my 4th or 5th time coming to this Starbucks. I love Starbucks in general but the staff members at this location are always incredibly rude. This morning I was in the drive through and my boyfriend had to ask the same question like 4 times because the staff member just stopped responding in the middle of our order. And didnât confirm anything we ordered, which would have been fine if they put the order in correctly. And at the window they didnât even give us time to tell them it was wrong before they just walked away from the window and never came back. Iâve never had a bad experience with staff at Starbucks until this location.
