Starbucks this Starbucks location we went to on Thanksgiving they were very nice They had our drinks done so fast even though their line was long this Starbucks is a really really good one

Everyone is always nice when I stop by! The guys in the drive up always greet me with a smile. Maddie is absolutely amazing. She greets me by name in the drive thru and lobby, and remembers my favorite drink. When the app wouldn’t let me order my favorite, she remembered and made my drink anyway. It made me smile all day 😁.

Come on do better Starbucks I always order the same drink. Door dash isn't cheap I pay for breve and you once again couldn't read the ticket . I don't bother to bring it back in the morning....last time I did I was treated rude.... I'm done spending my money at your location....

Oscar is the true MVP. Went to another store (grave mistake) and the drink I was given was awful. Stopped by this location for a remake but they were out of oatmilk, so he called another location to make sure I got the right drink. Very thoughtful! Thanks Oscar!

This is my 4th or 5th time coming to this Starbucks. I love Starbucks in general but the staff members at this location are always incredibly rude. This morning I was in the drive through and my boyfriend had to ask the same question like 4 times because the staff member just stopped responding in the middle of our order. And didn’t confirm anything we ordered, which would have been fine if they put the order in correctly. And at the window they didn’t even give us time to tell them it was wrong before they just walked away from the window and never came back. I’ve never had a bad experience with staff at Starbucks until this location.

Good morning first of all I never really liked Starbucks. But, because of my wife I go here. Now I go here because of one person the Starbucks employee Matthew. Every time he is on shift his crew is always fast. They are very cheerful, on the speaker when taking my order. I used to go to Dutch Brothers. Now, I go to Starbucks 24/7. Only because of him.

I decided to get myself a treat this morning. I ordered coffee and a ham and swiss baguette. I wasn't planning on eating till I got home. The picture below shows the top half of the baguette folded in and not even on top of the lower half. The meat was all in the center. These type of establishments always ask for tips before they've even given you your order, and this is what they serve? Shameless. Do I even have to say....do better. Today was my last time giving any Starbucks my money.

I asked one of the employees if i could have a large water. He said i cant unless i actually buy something. I said i can give you money for it (i had 5 ones and i was willing to pay up to $4). He said sorry, it’s her rule. Then he pointed at one of the ladies at the front of the store and i didn’t bother looking because why should i, I’m not going to get my water. So i didn’t say a word, i just left. As i was leaving he said sorry about that. I know he would’ve given me the water so i had no hard feelings towards him. Imo, starbucks has pretty decent coffee (im not easy to please when it comes to coffee). Its just the person who manages this location lost $4 profit for what would cost them is basically a 5 cent cup. Excellent employee, poor management.
