I ordered a trenta cold brew no sweetener and drop of creamer. Then a grande hot white with 2% milk. And a venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew. 2 food items. Food items where fine. The hot white was fine. But other 2 drinks, not so much she had to remake them 2 times. The 3rd time I was so frustrated... I pointed out what was AGAIN and state no to remaking them. Clearly this young lady needs not handle the window cause working under pressure is not her strong suite.

I been a reg customer since moving near her. I'm a busy mom. I was just in drive through a bit ago and ordered a small new drink with oatmilk and supposed to be iced. I was the only one ther or I could understand. I first got hot but the lady in window caught in time and fixed but then it wasn't oatmilk and we even talked about oatmilk being no Xtra charge anymore which is cool but anyway I get a horrible stomach ache from reg milk and paid 6$ for a small coffee and noone else was there.

We came in on 11/2 at 10 am and the gal at the window had zero manners and handed us dirty cups, when I asked her to wipe them she did so but with no apologies and shut the window. Customer service was very disappointing.

Maddie always makes my drinks so amazing! I always have such a good interaction with her when I’m in the store. Makes me upset though to see other customers giving the baristas bad reviews they work so hard and always try to make the bad situation good.

went in this morning for a mobile order and got handed my drink but it was hot, i went into my app to see it was my error i forgot to make it iced. i asked if she could make it iced and she happily did it & it tastes great. i feel so so bad i didn't have my wallet on me to give her a tip so i thought i’d write a review. thank you!! as a matter of fact the entire store vibe this morning was amazing
