Made my drink wrong so many times it’s ridiculous
Went back for the 5th year Anniversary of our first date 🥰. Even got the same table 😁❤️

I had such great service from Alex who was working at the drive thru window today. I ordered my drinks wrong & because of that Im sure it threw things off for Alex, the baristas and the others waiting in line. I felt awful and I so appreciated the way it was handled. Thank you Alex !
Pretty unpleasant experience here today. I went to one Starbucks location and saw a sign that said the lobby is closed due to a company event, I drive to this location and was told they are also closing in 20 minutes due to a company event. I informed the manager that this is super frustrating as a busy college student looking for a place to study. I told them that this is the second location I had come to and they are both closed. I asked why this wasn’t posted anywhere online and they just shrugged. “If you need WiFi go to the library”. No apology or offer to compensate for the wasted time. Rude experience overall.

I absolutely love the cortado drink! Blond espresso with foamed milk. A real day starter! Starbucks is always spot on no matter what location I swing by. I appreciate the consistency. The baristas are always so kind and welcoming! When ordering, the mobile app allows me to easily customize any drink and I can play before I arrive. Which makes the quick Starbucks run even faster!

If this is the location over off of flamingo and I 84 in Nampa, you people should be ashamed of yourselves. I come in from out of town and stop at this location occasionally to get a plain bagel and cream cheese and a chai tea latte. Why is it that your store can never have plain bagels and or cream cheese? I don’t understand. Please make it make sense.

I usually always go to this location at 530am before work, and the last couple times I've had issues with the older lady who works the drive thru and normally I don't complain but this morning I got my coffee and asked for a just a little bit more heavy cream when I ask for a little bit but this time barely any was poured so I asked for just a little splash she made the ugghhhh sound and gave it back to me filled all the way to the top which I didn't ask for and after I always tip this is getting ridiculous, not just this but she always forgets my fork for food and when I ask it's always an issue. So I won't be back.

I have come here about 5 times in the last month because I moved into this area. This store NEEDS to be retrained on beverage quality. I have ordered a salted caramel cookie matcha multiple times and it’s wrong every time. There is no uniformity of baristas making drinks to standard. One time they didn’t put the nondairy foam on either of my drinks. Today they made the drinks with 2% instead of oatmilk. Customers are paying good money to get drinks and support this store and it is frustrating when drinks are made wrong every time and when baristas don’t have a good attitude. One time I ordered an iced matcha and asked for it with no milk foam and the barista at the box snapped at me and said there is no guarantee because it is an iced drink. This is not true and baristas are supposed to scoop foam off with the metal spoon. On the app there is an option to ask for no foam on an iced matcha. Please do better?

Normally, we love this Starbucks. Today, not so much. The employees were clearly all in bad moods. When ordering, the person was very short and rude with us. Couldn’t even get 1 drink order in fully before being interrupting asking if that was all. When asking if we give them the coupon at the order box or the window we get snapped at. Once we got to the window, we mentioned the coupon again and that person was also very rude and short with us. We just got super uncomfortable with the whole process from beginning to the time we drove away. This is the first time we have ever be treated so poorly at this location. On top of that, both of our drinks weren’t (fully) correct and we didn’t even want to go back to have it fixed because of the way we were treated as customers. I understand having bad days but this was over the top from both employees we interacted with.

Starbucks never fails me but this specific location disappoints me. I never feel welcome, the last three times I’ve gone I was met at the window by mine named anjoelina and she was very frail and rude every time. I asked for a straw and she said “sure” n then turned around and pulled her phone out and what looked liked texted someone back. The first time I went she didn’t even speak to me, didn’t say goodmorning or nothing just handed me my drink and shut the window. I understand not being a people person but it’s your job, she looks like she hates being there.
