The only reason I'm giving a 3 star is because this is the 3rd time they've put coffee in my steamer at this location.I know, don't go to a coffee place if you don't like coffee, but it's the only place to get a quick drink...p.s. Steamer and Chai do not have coffee unless you want them dirty...thanks

It would be really nice to order a drink and actually taste the drink. The store DOES NOT stir the drink, so all the flavor is at the bottom. You drink 18oz of lukewarm warm milk before you get to any flavor at all. It’s disgusting.

The drive-thru at this Starbucks location is routinely, very slow. I’ve patiently visited here at various times in the day, with the same result. It is not worth the wait. One of your baristas, an elderly woman, also forgot to ask if I had Starbucks rewards… She charged my debit card and said: “the points can’t be applied now, call Starbucks.” The true problem lies in her not taking her job, or customers’ time seriously. I had a 26 minute phone call with Starbucks, and used more time to send out emails. These processes were on top of my time in the drive thru, and should have been avoided.

First time in a Starbucks store ever. Only had ever used the drive thru. There was no signage letting people know where to pick up or order. Stood there for several minutes, only one in the store, until another customer came in & picked up their order from the other end of the counter. Realized I needed to look there. Next time I'll know, but there won't be a next time.I had ordered a breakfast sandwich & mocha, they weren't even together. The barista who finally helped me find the components of my order was, while not rude, was not pleasant either.The bacon, gouda sandwich (picture advertised with bacon strips) only had a few bacon bits.Overall, not impressed with the in-store pick up experience.

Lots of traffic coming an going. Service was good, but need to work on calling out your order. They called my name but mixed it with someone else's order. I had there drink, but got my food.Parking: Drive thru blocks parking, to get in or backing out. ?

We had gone to the Starbucks down the street and bought an apple crisp drink. The coffee was burned and no apple crisp flavor what so ever. They were out of chai and so we went to this Starbucks to get a chai drink. We asked if we would be able to get any cream or anything to try and make the drink from the other Starbucks drinkable and Adrianna went above and beyond. She made the drink not only drinkable and actually enjoyable and helped us out even though it wasn’t this Starbucks issue. Thank you for the wonderful service and help

These baristas have consistently blown my expectations out of the water with how nice they are! I've worked as a Starbucks barista before (not at this location), so I know how rough it can be to work at a popular, high traffic location.Friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and they made an absolutely perfect London Fog. Perfect study spot, too. Also, the beautiful chalk drawings are done by one of the baristas! Wow!
