I tried the new matcha with lavender cold foam and the worker was SOOOO stingy with the cold foam and it was really good but please don’t be stingy with the topping. I understood she was alone and I think the management team should have had another person on line to help but please don’t be stingy with toppings thank you.

Multiple times I have been to this Starbucks hoping that it was maybe just the workers that made bad coffee, but I am certain it’s the location. Every time the coffee is cold or weak or over watered or lacking the flavor ordered. They offer to remake coffees but the second round is just as bad.
I do not recommend this Starbucks inside the Nampa Target.

THEY ALL MAKE PERFECTLY WONDERFUL PUMPKIN CREAM COLD BREW WITH TWO (2) SHOTS OF BLONDE ESPRESSO!
We went at 8/24/24 around 1:00 and the girls working were horrible. They literally made two children cry because of their selfishness and lack of proper planning. We went as a crew with the intention of getting Starbucks and walking around Target but apparently the employees had other plans as all THREE decided to take a lunch at the same time. We were standing in line and had been for several minutes when they turned the lights off without saying a word. They turned the lights back on and began dragging their feet with the person at the register and were very clearly being slow to justify not serving us. We began to get frustrated and gave up because it was very clear we were unwanted and walked away. My three year old got upset because he wanted a cup of whipped cream so my mom took him back up to get ONLY that. The blonde working (who is consistently terrible with her customer service and performance while making drinks) was very dismissive because they “needed to take a lunch” and made it quite clear she was shooing them away and refused to listen to what the request was. She then proceeded to turn another 2 or 3 groups away and in both our group and one other, a child cried because they had been excited and promised a treat (during open hours) and were dismissed. I will once again state this was midday on a Saturday with three employees working. They could have taken lunch individually or two at a time in a way that was staggered but instead shut down the store so they wouldn’t have to do their job. Horrible customer service and we will not be returning if we see any of those girls working. Thankfully, Dutch Bros is across the street and has no qualms with giving toddlers whipped cream so they saved the day. Save time and go there instead.

Couple of the girls that work here have HORRIBLE customer service. Are very rude and disrespectful especially the 2 girls are have short hair. Touching the inside of cups absolutely disgusting. Y’all are making coffee not preforming brain surgery get it together!
