I got my Americano. Went outside to talk on the phone. Stop by for a refill. She told me she couldn’t give me a refill because I was not inside the store. Horrible customer service. Definitely not gonna be coming back here anymore. You guys just lost another faithful customer.

Whoever was helping me yesterday thank you so much!! Above and beyond customer service, I did my mobile order at the wrong place, she realized it first and was so kind about it and they quickly made my drinks, love kindness and amazing customer service (and delicious drinks ;) )

I wasn't going to make a review, but this is my 4th time ordering a hot drink and I had to finally ask for a coffee sleeve. Unfortunately the 4th time I asked for one not only was the lady rude when I was ordering my drink she scoffed at me when I said I'd like a hot sugar cookie drink, then I go to register ask for sleeve she gives me one but was very annoyed by it. Today I just went and asked if I could have a coffee sleeve and was told I'd have to ask for one from more on because they were told not to give out anymore. That's crazy, I shouldn't have to use my long sleeve top to hold my coffee. Just wanted to know is this every starbucks or just the one I go to.

I’m a Starbucks regular, a big reason being nobody puts an iPad in my face asking for a tip. I was surprised today at this location when I paid with my Starbucks app and the cashier put her keypad out the window and said “it’ll ask tip or no tip”. My husband and I looked at each other like what the heck. This is my favorite location to jump on the freeway at, but being asked to tip when my drink is already $7 doesn’t sit well with me. The Starbucks website didn’t have a clear spot for feedback, so a review was the only option.

I went inside because the drive thru was super busy. Inside wasn't busy at all but it still took at least 15 minutes to get my coffee. I did get what I asked for, I just didn't think it was worth the wait nor my money.

You know it’s not how you deal with things when things are going right that’s how you deal with them when things are going wrong. The Microsoft issue caused Starbucks, a lot of grief, causing their app to not work and a lot of their systems internally to not work. But the team at this Starbucks said things with the smile as they were going through their challenges just trying to ring an order. They really made it. Fun apologized, and ensuring the experience was a good experience regardless. Great job team!
Kid-friendliness: Nice patio and open floor plan makes it comfortable and safe for kids.

Mocha Frap was amazing. The location is super chill and great to study/work/talk. Best of all, the server wished me a happy birthday for my BD drink, and struck up a conversation, asking about the fun I was having on my birthday! Very kind, helpful and speedy staff.
