I order 4 cookies with my sandwiches I pay 57.05 total and never receive my cookies . I call so many times and no body answers
So many negative reviews about the older lady who works here and I have to agree. She rang us up before we were done ordering, I asked for avocado on my sandwich and as soon as the employee put it on she snapped at her “we can’t do that, I charged them already” and then charged us again for a cookie, since it was the closest they have to the price, I usually pay for the avocado on my sandwiches I don’t care about price, she was just incredibly rude to us afterwards. Take 5 minutes and go to the one on greenhurst

Food shortage???? You guys have a food shortage??? Have gone and asked for extra tomatoes and cucumbers and I get told by a new girl and her manager on 2 separate occasions that they can give me more because there’s a “food shortage”
If I’m paying for a $12 dollar sandwich it better have what I want on it. How late, reporting to corporate, how obsurd.

If I could give this location a negative star review I would. The worker named sally has extremely poor customer service. I asked for the sandwiches to be labeled and they weren’t. So I opened one up so I could get them labeled and she threw a hissy fit. Started cussing at me and proceeded to throw the other sandwiches off the counter. I tried to contact customer service at the head quarters but got the response that it had been taken care of. How I don’t know and haven’t gotten a response since I messaged them. Will not be dining at subway again.

It's so frustrating going into get food and hearing all the employees going 'nose goes'. I dont wanna leave a tip if no one greets me and watched me stand their while they all play rock paper scissors to find out who's life is ruined by doing their job. Their sandwich making is sloppy as hell, and the way they treat customers is worse.

Couldn’t have had a more unpleasant experience. On 06/29/25 I went in roughly 25 minutes before closing (they were putting away items early per usual). Asked me if I had an online order and I responded no. The two females then began to tell me all of the items that were out of stock including certain breads due to the bread maker being broken. None of the items mentioned were in the bacon chicken ranch footlong that I wanted so they then informed me that their toaster was broken (pretty sure they have at least 3 of these). I said no thank you and left.
I called about 10 minutes later to check other availability and got answered and hung up on multiple times. (All before closing time). Please do not go to this location, Subway please hire competent employees. I hope you have in-store cameras to verify my timing. Absolutely horrible. Do not waste your time.

I went in to this subway on my way to work on 06.20.25 around 940pm. An the two team members that where there where so sweet, they talked to me an laughed an we made the sandwich. They where sure the sweetest subway works I have ever cam across. They had the store clean an the prep area clean as well. I told the young gal that it was my dinner for work so I could split up eating it through out my shift. And with out me even asking her she cut it on half an wrapped it separately so it was easier for me to split.. Thank you. You two made my vist amazing an will continue to come back.

The staff here make up all of their own rules and will not make any exceptions if they don't agree with how you like your sandwich made. I've always had my sandwich warmed up at the end with the veggies on it because of teeth cold sensitivity and now all the staff here absolutely refuses to warm it up at the end and won't give me an explanation. All the other locations never have a problem with it but this location is immediately rude to me the second I ask and I'd rather walk out without a sandwich than deal with rude people who don't accommodate customers just because they don't like how I want my sandwich. Also they no longer allow you to get just a steak sandwich they only have the more expensive Philly with extra cheese and they say that's all locations now but I went to the one on garrity after leaving here and they gave me just a steak. Also one of the extremely rude ladies that worked at this location is now at the garrity location so I guess I'll be driving even further out of my way to avoid all of them next time I want a sandwich

Older lady working was so rude, rude tone and overall unpleasant when you work in customer service you should have the decency to at least be pleasant to the customer, when telling her I wanted mayo she grabs the ranch and then proceeds to grab all the topping and throw them away along with veggies only replacing the cheese when I asked I could get my topping added she proceeded to say in a very rude and snappy tone “I can’t do any more “ like she didn’t just throw away all my toppings away because of her mistake and husband hadn’t even finished ordering and they pull me aside to ring us up there was no line so no hurry but he wanted avocado which is extra and was told he couldn’t have it because we had already paid , overall do not recommend and will not be returning until there is more professional and pleasant staff.

Put an order for pickup, had it set for 10 mins after i arrived just to give them time, was standing there till pick up time. Told them i have a pick up for myself, and they said “we dont have one under that name” I look on the app just to make sure and it was set to this location. Im assuming it was the manager who came up to me and said “Well we have your ticket but the sandwich was already picked up” then proceeds to shrug and not try and resolve the issue of them (while having a different system of picking up at this location because im assuming this was an issue so youd think they would verify every pick up) so i had to go through corporate subway to have my issue resolved. Im sure the local high schools and all that have done a number on this store because of proximity but I didnt deserve that type of service when I did nothing wrong and the issue was caused by the store.
