If you can’t fulfill an online order correctly, it would be nice if the employees would take 2 minutes to call the customer to ask for substitutions instead of just making the sandwich how the employee wants.
I even called several Subway locations after I picked up my order and they would’ve had no problem fulfilling my request to have the veggies and dressings on the side (and I’ve had this done at other locations in the past as well).
Definitely never returning to this location. The woman working was very rude as well.

This female server must have been having a bad day because i had to explain everything to her 4-5 times each item. Even the other guy working there looked at me suprised at her piss pour communication skills. He didn't charge me for the extra item i asked for, outnof respect. Normally they are pretty good here. One bad employee ruins it for everyone. The lady behind me in line even said "I won't be coming here again if she's here".

Sandwich I bought was rancid. The lettuce and hear definitely should've been changed. Couldn't get a hold of them through call and they closed shortly after I got my sandwich. Deeply disappointing
Wasn’t horribly dirty but the drink station changed my mind. Tried ordering and workers were very negative. The older lady working today I had asked for extra of a vegetable and she said that you guys couldn’t do that in a very diminishing rude manner. I work in food service and even i know if the customer wants a little more, they have that right to get that. Told my friend to speak up and acted like she couldn’t hear us and just overall wasn’t a good visit, last time visiting for a while.

I forgot my wallet and they didn't make me feel bad. After going home to get it, I returned and reordered my sandwich. They never made me feel bad for my mistake. I will definitely eat here often.

Went in with my family after a late night at the pumpkin patch for my daughters birthday, the young man working there had great attitude, interacted with the kids, made jokes and honestly made us all laugh and enjoy the time. I didn't get his name but he did awesome!

Toby was hilarious and an absolute joy as he made our sandwich even as we came in close to close. 100% would go back just for him 10 stars for service!

I've been going here for some time now and the staff have always been curtious and professional. The food has always been made fresh and to order when I select items on-line.

I ordered on the mobile app and when I arrived, I waited for 1 hour! It was outrageous and I was more upset when I learned that one of the employees had accidentally ate my sandwich!!! NEVER GO HERE

Worst customer service. I ordered online and paid 4 hours ahead using their app, and they refused to give me my food because of their computer even though I had both receipt, and email. Don’t even bother calling their phone number on the receipt. They don’t answer the phone or respond to voicemail, their store policy. The manager told me that not even the franchise owner would honor online order. I recorded it if you want to see the video. This place should lose their franchise.

Thank you to the crooks that steal online orders and ruining it for everyone else. Whats the point of ordering online if you have to wait in a giant line THEN they make your order when you arrive instead of preparing it ahead of time? Doesnt that defeat the entire purpose of ordering ahead of time? Spend my entire lunch break waiting and didn’t even get time to eat. Thanks.
Came in to get two sandwiches. The younger gentleman was very friendly. The older woman was very short and not very nice. Asked for extra olives, and she said she couldn’t because their supply truck wouldn’t be there til Friday. The younger gentleman kept calling the woman “mom” which was very awkward. She got irritated at him for wanting to throw away turkey crumbs. She didn’t do a good job at actually making the sandwich and had to tap it on the counter which caused several toppings to fall out and made a mess of the sandwich. She practically threw the sandwiches on the counter once they were wrapped and taped. Unprofessional and just disappointing.

Jason made me a great sandwich, but what really stood out was his customer service. He was very patient and kind to an elderly Gentleman
(hard of hearing) and still did an exceptional job knocking out the line all by himself!!
