I had an absolutely outstanding experience at the Subway on 2nd St, and it’s all thanks to Shannon and Alakai. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel like a genuinely valued customer. Their kind and thoughtful attitude stood out immediately—they were warm, attentive, and truly took pride in every part of the service.
Shannon was incredibly patient and personable, making sure my order was exactly how I wanted it while keeping a friendly conversation going. Alakai put so much care into crafting my sandwich that it honestly looked like something straight from an ad—fresh, neat, and made with real attention to detail. It’s rare to find employees who take that much pride in their work these days.
Both of them worked together seamlessly, creating one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. They turned a simple stop for a sandwich into something genuinely enjoyable. Shannon and Alakai deserve to be recognized for their exceptional professionalism, kindness, and the positive environment they create for customers.
I’ll definitely be returning thanks to them! Highly recommended.

Ordered two sandwiches right at noon to give them plenty of time to get them ready by 12:30 when I was picking up, arrived at 12:44 and somehow they still managed to NOT have them ready. Please get rid of your ordering online options for your restaurant if it can't be done correctly.

I ordered online and got 2 sandwiches toasted, paid extra for avocado on one, I got 2 chips and 2 drinks. When my order got here I was missing my chips and drinks. My sandwich was missing the avocado I paid extra for, and both sandwiches are untoasted. I’m not happy with my order, which is frustrating because I love subway. I’m not happy that the stuff I paid for, and paid extra for I never received.

The two ladies that were working on making my sandwiches were very nice and polite. The scanner wasn't working for my coupon and she had to get a supervisor. I suggested using a napkin to clean it and that worked.

When I pay for double the meat I expect it to be there. I should not have to go back when its clearly stated on my receipt. I use the app at many of the subways in the valley and there are two stores this being one that seem or are unwilling to give you what you paid for.

Avocado seems expire, order has been taken wrong, flat bread wrap correctly, nor the wrap that covered the bread was wrap correctly, it takes multiple times to get the employee to get the order, as well as the totes that they contain the veggies where at where close to empty if not emptied.
Vegetarian options: Empty totes.

I've been to several Subways, and this one still seems to be very friendly, which always makes visiting pleasant, even if I'm getting a to-go order.
My wife drops by here often during her lunch hour.
I recommend anyone looking for a healthy lunch with great staff to check them out!

My parents took me out for my birthday and I wanted to go here along with my wife and again super friendly staff and management! I highly recommend them.
