They only get my order right about 50% of the time and it’s only when one specific girl is there with dark hair. I have yet to catch her name, but this time it was by an older white woman and she got my entire order wrong. She even over charged me and gave me a footlong when I asked for a 6inch so now I have a wasted half of a sandwich that won’t get eaten and wasted money when I could barley even afford to buy myself lunch in the first place. I used to work for fast food as a teenager I promise it’s not hard to listen and get orders correct. This was on my lunch break, so no time to go back and correct it, how disappointing.

The manager Connie was extremely rude Lizzie had a attitude that was beyond uncalled for nobody in the store could clean a thing . You could smell the dirty drains it was horrible wouldn't recommend waisting your money here

Worst sandwiches ever, both were incorrect and the tuna sandwich only had tuna on 1/2 of the sandwich plus veggies that were not on the list, the cold cut had veggies that were not on the list. This is the worst that we have ever received and of course no manager is available. Food quality poor, poor friendly on the phone. If something is not done about this it will be the last time we ever use this location. TAKE SOME PRIDE IN YOUR JOB IF NOT FOR YOURSELF AT LEAST FOR THE COMPANY.

I always give this subway a shot since its close by my work but the bread is always old. I've been here atleast a dozen times and not once have I received golden or even brown bread. It's always been pasty white and the top of the dough is crunchy and flakey. This is the only location I have this issue with. Please retrain this team on proper proofing and dough holding procedures.

Unbelievably nasty and rude service. When we asked for have our sandwich order corrected, the employee became personally abusive, called us names, refused to give her name or tell us whether there was a manager on site and put her hand over the placard on the wall over the cash register that showed the name of the franchise owner so we couldn't get that info. She then called the police on us, pulled the placard of the wall, threw it behind the counter and laughed at us. She seemed to be enjoying fighting with us. Never seen anything like it. We learned her name (Frieda) and the owner's name, but at this point we want to be done forever with this awful place. No sandwich is worth this.

When I came here in late June, after eating some of their sandwiches, I developed unusual abdominal pain and constipation. Now months later I am being worked up for Reactive Arthritis. I think this place gave me Food Poisoning. I would stay away as there are plenty of sandwich shops nearby.

My wife had obscenities screamed at her through the drive through because the speaker was having issues. This is unprofessional and we were offered a free sandwich because of the ordeal. Understandably my wife was not comfortable going there after the incident. I was told by Connie I could go on her behalf. I drove there and was told by the owner that my wife had to go herself after the verbal abuse.

Been awhile since I have been here. Staff was busy keeping things stocked and clean. Previous customers left a huge mess, and employees took it in stride. Food was as expected. Veggies all looked fresh.

The poor woman was by herself, but this should not be an excuse for poor food. I ordered a 6” Philly. She asked me if I wanted it toasted. I did not want the bread toasted. I did however, want the meat cooked. She threw the meat on the bun, wrapped it up and gave it to me. Because I was in the drive-through, I did not check it until I got home. When does not toasting the bread mean not cooking the meat?

Pulled up to the drive thru- placed my order. I was Asked to wait because the lobby was busy- I said okay and pulled up to the window after 7 minutes of sitting at the speaker. At the window I was greeted by a very rude female employee, she basically scolded me for pulling up to the window- I explained I didn’t quite understand what the person at the speaker had said to me and apologized- she again scolded me for not asking him to repeat himself. I asked if I could add a bag of chips to my order and was told I was “slowing them down” so I asked if the sandwiches were already made- she said yes but repeatedly told me that I shouldn’t be pulling up to the window “for future reference” and proceeded to close the window in my face and tell me to have a good day. I drove off without my sandwiches. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. I did not raise my voice, I did not use foul language or felt I disrespected anyone and was treated beyond poorly. I waited patiently for over 15 minutes and drove away with no food after this employee refused to give me the food she stated was already made. I had my kids with me and they were confused as to why this person had just closed the window in my face and why we didn’t get our food. I was not about to go in the restaurant with my children with me. I tried to call and speak to a manager and no one even bothered to answer the phone. Don’t go here- place looks run down and trashy anyway. I would give it 0 if I could.
