I loved how quickly the food was prepared without compromising the quality.
Ordered online, was told to pick up the order and the person working said someone else must have picked it up when it was impossible that actually happened. They would have had to know my name, when I ordered, and came and left without anyone seeing.
The food is good but the service is very bad. There were 2 girls and they were in a bad mood as if I had them working hard. They don't focus on serving the customer. They are like in another world. I will not go to that place again.

Ordered online and when we arrived home after picking up the order, we noticed our sandwiches were completely wrong. They did not follow our order at all. Nothing extensive, just vegetables and sauces. Tried to contact the restaurant several times, but no luck. This is the second time this has happened. Probably will not waste my time ordering here again.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but after several visits with the same issues, I feel like it’s worth pointing out in hopes that it gets addressed. Every time I’ve been to this Subway lately, the overall atmosphere has just been really off. The two employees that are usually working together—the shorter guy with the beard and the blonde—consistently come across as unfriendly and unapproachable. There’s a noticeable lack of customer service, and they make it clear through their body language and tone that they’d rather not be there.
Customers are rushed through their orders, and there’s no effort to make the experience feel welcoming. Sandwiches are thrown together sloppily, sauces are poured on with no care, and they’re wrapped so poorly that it turns into a mess before you even sit down to eat. It feels like basic standards are being ignored.
This isn’t about one bad day—it’s been like this multiple times now I also seen several other people having the same issue. Hopefully this feedback helps bring some attention to the way customers are being treated and encourages a bit more care in both service and food prep.

Really sweet girl on the sandwich line on 4/3 at 2pm. Best service I’ve gotten at a subway in a while. Especially compared to some of the other employees at this location who are typically very rude. I hope she gets recognition for actually being good at her job!

I come here on Saturdays and mostly Sundays. The ladies working on the weekend are cool peeps. They make a dang good sandwich. I go there for the great customer service and quality of the sandwiches. Keep up the good work! It is noticed!

Awesome crew at this location. They are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their product. The sandwiches they craft are very good and prepared quickly. Ricky, the manager, does a great job with his staff.

Charity and Neveah were super sweet and generous. When we asked if they were hiring, they immediately gave us an application and were happy to assist in any way. Would definitely rate their customer service 10/10.

Was just there a little bit ago, they’re always great when we go!! Food is always great girls have a great attitude and are quick. Definitely my favorite subway here:) we typically get the Italian BMT and turkey subs toasted, they’re always perfect. Employees also won’t hesitate to fix something if a mistake was made with no hassle which is very appreciated though it rarely happens. 10/10 recommend

I ordered a churro, but the person who made it was really rude. He kept whispering things and I heard him say the same thing eight times after I said thank you. He didn't reply, which felt disrespectful. His attitude was just rude. ?related to him when I said thanks but got no response yet him quote i heard you the first 8 times It was very disrespectful. and rude the way he talks too me

Overall, it is always a great experience. The only complaint is that employees are trained that veteran discount is available but the applied discount does absolutely nothing. Posting this to encourage management to fix this or at least inform employees not to offer to avoid false expectations.

I ordered a 6 in sub for my daughter and the bread was hard and stale. It was also way overpriced since she had three prices of salami on it and that was it. I was charged over 6 dollars for the sub and the sandwich couldn't be eaten. I ordered it to go and didn't know it was nasty bread til we arrived home. Would not recommend this Subway.
