I like this crew.....I took a couple years off this location because of bad service. This last 6 months has been wonderful. One person even remembered our bread.

Usually great and quick but my last trip they didn't add smashed avocado to my Mexicali. I usually thought the best of this business but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say they may have ran out. The best part of this sub is definitely guac that already comes in the order followed by the chipotle sauce of course.

The staff were great, clean. Food was meh, the spinach was frozen and wilted in the bottom of the pan. So frozen and wilted on my sami. Gross.

I ordered the Herb Italian Parmesan bread for my sandwich. There were very few pieces of Parmesan cheese on the top of the Herb Italian Parmesan bread. When I asked about the small amount of Parmesan on the bread the staff member, assisting in preparing my sandwich replied that this franchise is using a lessor amount of Parmesan cheese on the top of their Herb Italian Parmesan bread due to costs.The Saff Member did say the Subways standards called for a hand full of Parmesan cheese to be put on the top of the Herb Italian Parmesan bread, yet the Staff member did not feel the Subway standard amount of Parmesan cheese was necessary. When I mentioned that by not following the Subway recipe and using a lessor amount of Parmesan cheese, the Customer was being shorted and not getting their full value of what was being charged for this sandwich. The Staff Member accused me of saying that this Subway store was stealing from the customer. Of which I agreed. This did give me the feeling of not getting exactly what I was paying for. Or meeting Subways high standards of quality.Parking: This parking is small with few parking spaces.

On 7/3/2023 I had lunch I had a chicken breast salad. ( I recently found out they you can have a salad made with the same ingredients as a sandwich). I asked the employee Maddy if she would cut some of the ingredients. She graciously did it for me. I asked Maddy if pepper-chinos were spicy she let me try it. So nice of her to let me sample it. I highly recommend trying salads. Thanks Maddy for the excellent service.

Other than being out of a few key ingredients everything was
Went there with my family. The young girl working there needs some customer skills. Doesn’t greet, doesn’t smile and she doesn’t talk. Her attitude was not the best. She didn’t like it when I told her I wanted the sandwich toasted. She looks at you to ask what else do you need but doesn’t use her words. How can you work in that type of setting if you dislike people? She needs to go find another job. She did 3 sandwiches with an attitude. I will never go there again.Oh and her nails were so long and gross. First time I have seen someone handling food with fake long nails. Disgusting!! Where is the supervisor that allows that?

I walked in at 8:53 and they were just sitting there bullshiting and even ran up to the door looked right at me, walked in and they said they are already cleaned up.
