I went into this location today at 330 pm. The male server was incredibly polite and I received a delicious sandwich. A regular came in and they visited appropiately while the server made the sandwich. I went to the womens bathroom only to discover too late that there was NO toilet paper. Over the wpproximatelt 30 minutes i was there there were 5 customers total. I waited to catch him when he wasn't actively serving to tell him about the toilet paper. He indicated I could use the men's room but my need was over. He also indicated he had none to put out because the owner keeps it in a locked cabinet because the owner thinks the employees are stealing it. True or not, all I can say is no one in their right mind would steal the usually rough toilet paper in most restaurants. The restaurant doesn't feel clean or welcoming without basics like toilet paper.

I came in today and got two footlong snadwiches and when we ate them there was hair in both sandwiches, couldnt finish either one!

My grandma in law (80 year old) and me (8 months pregnant) went in today with a long order of 6 sandwiches, the gentleman that served us was very patient and understanding even as the line grew behind us. He also brought the bag out because he thought neither I nor my grandma should carry the heavy bag out to the car. He was the nicest subway employee I've ever been around. He deserves the biggest raise and the biggest shout out. Date was Sunday August 24, 2025 at 5:45pm. I didn't catch his name but he was a 17 year old

I enjoy coming to this location. Sundays are understaffed, though. And that makes for a stressed employee.

Personally, I love the food there. It is quite rapid and well made by the workers. Even if they donât have their prep finished. They always finish it rapidly and make it look great! Every worker there is very lovely and respectful and overall their performance is âquite to say amazing!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a Subway. My coworkers had told me how bad it was, and I didn't take them at their word. Walk in the door, 3 employees working, no one in line and it took them 5 minutes before acknowledging I walked in. Finally get acknowledged, repeat my order 3 times before she even grabs the bread (turkey, bacon, on white) then customers walk in after me with an expired coupon, and the lady acted as if she was trying to use fake cash (the lady was older, probably an understandable mistake). From the perspective I was in, you have a team issue, seems like none of them in there can stand eachother. I was shocked. This branch needs some serious work, especially since there's a different subway a half mile up the road.

Just got an order the bread is as hard and stale as 3 day old bread and I have 3 very small pieces of meat will never get food here again
The girl working Super Bowl Sunday at 5:03pm is probably one of the rudest customs service employees Iâve encountered to this day .. thatâs saying ALOT. Now this isnât my first rude encounter with said employee but the first 2 times I thought maybe she was having a bad day. She greets you with a frown , and when asking her questions she visibly is annoyed and isnât afraid to let you know. She really shouldnât be working as she visibly hates her job that much and she also is not in the front of the restaurant and makes you ring a bell more than once before she will come out. I wonât be coming back to this establish because of this employee and how she makes me feel ( a paying customer ) when I leave ⊠Iâve witnessed her treat so many others poorly and wouldnât be surprised if they choose to do the same .
