The girl working Super Bowl Sunday at 5:03pm is probably one of the rudest customs service employees I’ve encountered to this day .. that’s saying ALOT. Now this isn’t my first rude encounter with said employee but the first 2 times I thought maybe she was having a bad day. She greets you with a frown , and when asking her questions she visibly is annoyed and isn’t afraid to let you know. She really shouldn’t be working as she visibly hates her job that much and she also is not in the front of the restaurant and makes you ring a bell more than once before she will come out. I won’t be coming back to this establish because of this employee and how she makes me feel ( a paying customer ) when I leave … I’ve witnessed her treat so many others poorly and wouldn’t be surprised if they choose to do the same .

Vick and Maria did a great job making our food. They were sooo nice! They walked us through the options well, added ample ingredients and were happy the whole time. We added on a footlong chicken dipper that our toddler loved. 5 star and would highly recommend when Vick and Maria are here
Italia (I hope I'm spelling it correctly) is an absolute gem! Her friendly and welcoming disposition makes every visit a pleasure. She goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect, accommodating any requests with a genuine smile. Went in with my family. There was one employee giggling on the phone behind the counter once we walked up to the counter she then went to the back where she continued to laugh and talk on the phone. Never once greeted us. We sat there for 10 minutes waiting for her phone call to be done before we decided to just leave and go to another one. I have never had such horrible customer service. Short girl with a giant bun on her head.
Idalia was do great her personality made the whole experience it was so hot in there and she still was so very happy ac was like broke or something

My family and I always go to subway however we have recently made it a point to go only when Idalia is working. Amazing customer service. Always smilling. We have actually built a relationship with her. She is always a pleasure for my family to see her at the end of our long day and we don't want to cook. My kid loves to see her and we always love how we feel after our visit with her while she makes our sandwiches. UpBeat, Friendly, super personable! We would give her 100 stars if that was an option! Way to go SUBWAY! You found your STAR EMPLOYEE! We will always visit on her shift from now on!

Usually I find subway to be a pretty reliable place for a fine enough sandwich. For some reason at this location my sandwich tasted a little off, something about the chicken.So a little disappointing.
