11:39 Saturday morning. No bread. Unbelievable. Turning customers away because they don't know how to plan.

My family and I always go to subway however we have recently made it a point to go only when Idalia is working. Amazing customer service. Always smilling. We have actually built a relationship with her. She is always a pleasure for my family to see her at the end of our long day and we don't want to cook. My kid loves to see her and we always love how we feel after our visit with her while she makes our sandwiches. UpBeat, Friendly, super personable! We would give her 100 stars if that was an option! Way to go SUBWAY! You found your STAR EMPLOYEE! We will always visit on her shift from now on!

Usually I find subway to be a pretty reliable place for a fine enough sandwich. For some reason at this location my sandwich tasted a little off, something about the chicken. So a little disappointing.

My significant other and I are very understanding, we’ve worked retail, handled customers, late night shifts…etc. but the way the closing gal acted tonight, and snapped at me regarding having no tomatoes, completely ruined that experience. My significant other who has worked in the grocery business for over 13 years, was even appalled. He said normally he can give people the benefit of the doubt and understand having a bad night, but that was so overly rude, even he wanted to say screw it and walk out. Which is saying a lot.

Hailey went above and beyond, working by herself on a busy Sunday night around 9:30 pm. She was kind and kept us company while we waited to get our sandwiches. She is a hard worker with a good soul!

Great location! Super friendly customer service and the sandwiches were exactly as ordered (via the app). The sandwich station was clean and orderly, as well as the dining area.

worst location ive ever been too. first they say theres no turkey because the tomatoes were more important to slice all day. like what the heck turkey is one most common items. so apparently they were out for the whole day. no cookies on shelf and they offered them. didnt take the offer just incase they tried to pull a quick one. neither one the girls in building seemed to care for their job or the customers. tell ya right now im never going back this location again. everyother location ive been to at least offers to make your sandwich right even if nothing is prepped. seemed like this location was like hr n half left of business i dont wanna waste my time. last but not least the sandwich didnt taste like or even made like it was worth $15

Food was fresh, staff was super friendly and efficient. Inside the store was well kept. Knocking a star off because the toilets were so gross and had black mold growing in them. They were so bad it honestly just looks like it's time for new toilets all together.

I've walked in an ordered here and the food and service were good, but I've also had a horrible experience placing an online order. Apparently reading instructions is harder than listening to verbal instructions. After I realized that the order was wrong, I called to let them know and their response was beyond rude.I've had a fair share of experiences eating out and orders are bound to get messed up sometimes because we are all human and mistakes happen. It's how you handle your customer service skills when you receive a complaint. Showing empathy in the situation, no matter what your honest feelings are, can go far. When someone lets you know that their order was wrong, go above and beyond and make it right by remaking the item or offering a complimentary item without an attitude. If you are spending your hard working money at any business and ordering a product or service you should get what you are paying for and not have someone give you a condescending attitude because they made a mistake and messed up your order. The recommendations that I would have for the employees at this location is to slow down and read the orders thoroughly and completely prior to making the order and then assemble the order as you read it to ensure everything is correct. If that doesn't help you may need some reading comprehension classes. Secondly, work on your customer service skills by being empathetic and sincere. Handle customer complaints in a way that you would want your complaint to be handled if you were in the customers place.

I have found that if you want it made right, you have to order in person and not use their delivery service. Not once has a delivery been made that was truely how I ordered it. I am not sure if its because its a door dash service or not. But I never have issues in store.
