Missing food items out of my order, just like most fast food chains these days. I know it's likely because they have the workers on some nonsensical efficiency system that benefits nobody. I swear it's always the one item I'm really looking forward too that's forgotten and money wasted. Double check your bags folks.

Have two kids and one wanted to add a cheesy roll up that takes two seconds to make. Got to to window and Patrick said “I’m not adding anything to your order since your at the window” like it makes two seconds to make. Crazy

I was very adamant on asking for no tomatoes because I am alergic and they gave it to me anyways. There was not one car in front of me nor behind me so I don’t know why they messed it up so bad. It wasn’t busy in the slightest. I worked at Taco Bell for 3 years so I know how it goes for the most part. This location always messes up way more than the other ones. Big fat bummer when you pay for something that’s supposed to be the way you want (and told that’s how it’s going to be when you get it) and it’s the complete opposite
Order from this location multiple times and somehow it's always cold if you have the time to drive to the one on 12th I would go there instead.

Okay, I gave it four stars because it's a fast food taco place. Not like an actual Mexican restaurant. I really like the chicken chalupas. If you use the app and order the boxes you can get a good price. I use the restroom here and it was clean. The restaurant was clean. I just got a to-go order but everything was fine.
