This was absolutely Disgusting. I ordered some Cinnabon‘s and a taco on February 22 around 1:30 AM and I received a bunch of Hair in one of my tacos and was definitely done on purpose. I did receive it over DoorDash, but there is no way they opened it or anything like that.

I have come to this Taco Bell twice in the last two months. Both times they forgot 1/2 of my order in the drive thru & I've had to come back or park immediately to remedy this. I got some coupons for a free taco which only one can be used at a time & you can't use with the app so not really useful in this day & age.

I'm so hoping that I won't jinx anything by posting this review, but this location is under new management, and it is absolutely fantastic! Food quality is stellar, service is fantastic, and I am so happy to be eating Taco Bell again 😆
Please PLEASE keep the current manager and staff at this location! Y'all are rocking it, and it's not often I give fast food places high praise!

Went to get dinner and ordered the cheesy dippers sub meat for black beans (I have gotten it ordered like this before at this location) was told they couldn’t make it with black bean. We left and went to the blvd location and I was able to order the dippers sub meat for black bean. I’m taking the guess 12th ave had extra made up they wanted to get rid of. Horrible

Seriously the portions at this TB are wack. The Garrity location is usually "better" about making you feel less robbed with baco tells price hikes.

The service was prompt but very hard to understand the staff. Then after we got the food ordered 7 out of 16 tables were all filthy with only 1 table with another couple. The floors were not clean at all. Management needs to step up and bring this location back to an acceptable level.
