This is the absolute worst taco bell in the valley. I will not be going back. Every time I have been to this location they mess up my order. Tonight we make an online order and I go to pick it up. Go through the drive thru and give them the name, everything pops up on the screen and I say it looks good. Pull to the window and they give me my drinks then at least three of them stand inside the window talking. It takes them 10 minutes to realize that the line is not seeing my order and it has not been made. They asked me to pull to the front while they get it made, 10 about minutes after that I go inside to see where we are on the order. It had been sitting in drive thru for who knows how long. Night shift has absolutely zero communication skills unless it's recreational. Night shift seriously needs a manager who cares about their job and the entire team needs retrained.

Drive thru was backed up to the street but they had us in and out within 15 minutes, and the order was perfect.

Place order on kiosk. Waited to pay. Young lady next to me waited as well. I know you guys use both side to make drive thru orders but there was not attemp to make dine in orders.
Employee walks in about 745 clock in and starts making food. Did not see if he washed his hands. Shift leader finally saw me waiting and asked if I needed help. I paid and now my order is being made. So about 15 mins in total.

The new manager has to go she talks real bad to the crew members!!! customer can hear her yell crew some of the complaints I heard was she does not tell the truth or keeper work if you talk to corporate she cuts hrs back. I will not return until she's gone

They close the doors at 9:00 when they say it’s open until midnight or later, they don’t let you order on the app even thought the drive thru stays open later, they have never let me use a gift card there, and they always take forever to get food out. Very terrible service and very poorly run when they close the inside at 9 when it says later online and on the door.

They put 2 of something we only ordered one of on the receipt and then when it was fixed they gave us the wrong thing and put lettuce when we didn''r ask for any.

Best Taco Bell I’ve been to for sure. The lunch drive thru crew was friendly and efficient. Food was great too. Props all around!

7 pm Oct. 13th I would love to give a round of applause to the ladies working! Didn’t catch their names but I know one spoke spanish and was on the line making food. On the other hand the younger males seemed totally clueless and one basically accused me of stealing burritos lol! I received the completely wrong order through drive thru, go back inside to receive the correct order and I was met with missing burritos. So I tell the ladies once again, they go to fix it for me while I hear the male teenager saying he knew he put them in there and doesn’t know what the hell I’m talking about! I know it’s a fast food joint made for teenagers but please train them properly and don’t leave the adults to cover their messes. A whole hour of me waiting on 5 items of food!
i come here quite frequently because it’s the closest one. I have my usual issues like ordering when they’re closed or missing food but never in my life has this happened. I got home and took a bite of my favorite menu item the grilled cheese burrito and instantly my throat started burning for a solid 5 minutes. I can handle spicy and i’ve had this burrito many times and never had it like this. I had to throw it away and waste close to $10…. i tried to call…many times. Just to see if maybe something had changed or maybe someone was working that didn’t know what they were doing at all but nobody answered. Which i find very frustrating for such a big business and also weird because i have called many times and they answered every-time. Very annoyed….

Not my vibe.
I frequent here and they like to close early and not update their hours online. I am not one to leave bad reviews but I am tired of placing online orders when this place is supposed to be open and showing up after you guys take my money just to see that you are not going to make my order. It's just unacceptable and I am tired of dealing with it time and time again. Update your hours or hold true to the hours you claim to be open every day.
