I’m not sure what they’re doing at this location but the late night crew is SUPERB. I go out of my way on my way home from work just to go to this location. The food is fresh, hot, and prepared perfectly. Keep it up!

Went in to Taco Bell on Garrity Boulevard in Nampa at about 1 o'clock on a Sunday. I was the only person in the restaurant. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before somebody in the back yelled up. "We'll be with you in a moment". After another 5 to 10 minutes, an employee came in from the outside. And ask if I'd been helped yet. I told her no I hadn't, so she came around and took my order while talking to people in the kitchen and not even acknowledging me. As soon as I put my card in the machine to read it, she turned around and walked off. Never acknowledging that the food would be out soon, thanking me or even offering me a receipt which printed out after she walked away. It only took less than 10 minutes for the food to get out and it was fine. But after I had been sitting there for a few minutes, another employee came out for her break, and even though the restaurant was completely empty, she sat right behind me got on her phone. Put it on speakerphone, and had a entire conversation in Spanish, with kids screaming in the background. This place has a lot to learn about customer hospitality.

Third time I've ordered from this Taco Bell and they've messed up the order. Missing sauces on burritos, wrong drinks, tons of onions when asked for without, items made completely wrong or just entirely missing, etc. Basically my entire order is inedible. Wish I could go back in time.

Pulled up to order and I had a hard time hearing the lady, mumbled pretty bad. Lots of traffic as well so I had asked her if the #1 had tomatoes and if it did can we remove those (3 crunchy tacos). The food menu shows them as having tacos so just wanted to clarify. The lady did get my entire order, because we were missing 2 items on the screen, I asked her to repeat the order as I know sometimes the screens take a second to update. She got really upset that I asked to repeat it, made sarcastic / passive aggressive comments through the mic. I wasn't rude, just trying to be polite and make sure the order was accurate. Got to the window, they acted like I was the asshole and then i got my food, got 1 item I didn't even order and was missing 2 items. She even repeated it correctly back when I ordered. I don't see the issue with having to repeat yourself but apparently some people see it as a huge inconvenience. Poor experience.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. I ordered Nachos Bell Grande. This comes with tomatoes so I asked for them on the side as my wife does not like tomatoes. They did indeed take the tomatoes off the Nachos Bell Grande and put them on the side but they charged me for a side of tomatoes. WAIT A MINUTE! It Comes with tomatoes and I simply asked for them on the side so WHY was I charged for tomatoes? "That's the way the system works" was the response I got. What a rip-off. I also asked for extra beef and got charged for that (reasonable) but there was no extra beef on the nachos. this place has improved recently as to service but still can't give it more than a one star because they rip-off their customers.

I love taco bell food, when I have to drive into work I like to get a breakfast burrito. but they are never ready. I do get there a couple minutes after 7am but no one ever comes on the speaker to take my order. I drive up to the window and wait for someone to come to the window but a lot of times it takes a while and they don't care. I will try a different one.

they can’t follow basic instructions or answer a phone when they horribly messed up an order. i understand you might have kids in there but maybe don’t work them so late if you don’t have the workers to do it? there’s no reason 90% of orders that leave a taco bell are wrong. except for the fact you have lazy horrible owners who don’t train their employees how to make basic items or make basic changes. asking for a hard shell shouldn’t be hard. it shouldn’t be like a president signing off to war yet i think that would’ve been allowed before me to get my food how i’ve had it 100’s of times before.
