As a door dasher I waited 30 minutes for a customer's order to get prepared... manager was nice to have helped.

I ordered a $9 luxe box that was supposed to include a cheesy gordita crunch, nacho cheese taco and chicken crunch wrap slider.
Well, I didn't get the cheesy gordita crunch and instead got a regular hard taco.
Evidently people up there can't read or follow directions on a screen.
Had a doordash order and they handed it to the wrong person. Dasher called to explain and proceeded to cancel the order, so we sent in another one- AND THE STORE CANCELLED THE ORDER. Sent it in a 3RD TIME and they still managed to get the order wrong. Might wanna make sure your employees are sober or competent before handling people's food.

It's taco bell.
We went to get some food tonight around 11:30 pm and haven’t had the best experiences with this Taco Bell particularly in the past but we went though tonight 2/25/26 and Katie was working the drive thru and she made our night!! She was awesome and has great customer service please let her know she did awesome and made our experience tonight good since we haven’t had the best ones at this store, I’m giving this store a better rating because of your employee Katie :) !!

Whoever the woman is working the drive-through at this location… Taco Bell, this woman deserves a raise and a promotion. Every drive-through I go to the person in the order board sounds like they hate life and they wish they could be anywhere else. This woman is so full of joy and excitement and kindness like she totally changed my entire mood. She even used the word TACO-LICIOUS can we just have one of her at every single drive-through location ever. Seriously Taco Bell you have a gem working here you better polish that girl until she shines and don’t let her go because she is the only reason I will come back to this location. the food was terrible

Currently standing in line. The customer in front of me just walked out because he stood there waiting and wasn't even greeted. I haven't been greeted or even acknowledged. The customer service here is the worst I've seen this year. Holy airball.

Multiple complaints I’d like to address so I went through the drive thru requested potatoes to be cooked to order due to past experiences with them being cold, received them not cooked to order but they also weren’t cold so wasn’t a big deal but my nacho fries were terrible… You’d think they’d get the cue to make the effort to be sure the food in general for my order was good to serve and prepared according to standards. Due to their lack of consistency, as I’m going back to the line AGAIN, because no one would answer the phone.I check my cheese quesadilla and it tastes gritty like they didn’t give it enough time in the steamer, I thought there was rice in it because of how bad the texture was. because no one would answer their phone. As a former employee I’m aware of the hold time for the nacho fries and no where near were they meeting standards. Soon as I get to the window the manager asks if I work at a taco bell and quizzes me on what exactly the hold time was I replied with 14minutes it’s been years since I last worked there and he corrects me, tells me it’s 15 minutes ! Proceeds to slam the window in my face (the signature move) no apology for the inconvenience or waste of time having to make the situation right. So it’s funny though because if he really knew about the hold time why is he serving them like that to me when he’s in a manager position HA! Beyond infuriated with my experience. Night manager does not deserve his title

I went thru the drive thru at around 11pm on Halloween night. There was a bit of line and I didnt have my hopes too high but I didn't want to cook. They definitely made my night better. Not only did the line move quickly but the food had good portions and was super fresh which is rare for a lot of fast food late night. It was one of the best late night visits I have ever had especially on a holiday!
