Crappy food, horrible customer service per usual, and cant even get the fahkin order right!!!!! WHAT IS WITH THIS TACO BELL?! Management needs to be fired and new people brought in. What a horrible and disgraceful experience

Currently standing in line. The customer in front of me just walked out because he stood there waiting and wasn't even greeted. I haven't been greeted or even acknowledged. The customer service here is the worst I've seen this year. Holy airball.

Multiple complaints I’d like to address so I went through the drive thru requested potatoes to be cooked to order due to past experiences with them being cold, received them not cooked to order but they also weren’t cold so wasn’t a big deal but my nacho fries were terrible… You’d think they’d get the cue to make the effort to be sure the food in general for my order was good to serve and prepared according to standards. Due to their lack of consistency, as I’m going back to the line AGAIN, because no one would answer the phone.I check my cheese quesadilla and it tastes gritty like they didn’t give it enough time in the steamer, I thought there was rice in it because of how bad the texture was. because no one would answer their phone. As a former employee I’m aware of the hold time for the nacho fries and no where near were they meeting standards. Soon as I get to the window the manager asks if I work at a taco bell and quizzes me on what exactly the hold time was I replied with 14minutes it’s been years since I last worked there and he corrects me, tells me it’s 15 minutes ! Proceeds to slam the window in my face (the signature move) no apology for the inconvenience or waste of time having to make the situation right. So it’s funny though because if he really knew about the hold time why is he serving them like that to me when he’s in a manager position HA! Beyond infuriated with my experience. Night manager does not deserve his title

I went thru the drive thru at around 11pm on Halloween night. There was a bit of line and I didnt have my hopes too high but I didn't want to cook. They definitely made my night better. Not only did the line move quickly but the food had good portions and was super fresh which is rare for a lot of fast food late night. It was one of the best late night visits I have ever had especially on a holiday!

Went to Taco Bell last night and ordered the $7 supreme box and my five layer burrito had only beans and my chicken chalupa only had two peaces of chicken in it. Was very disappointed.

Probably the best Taco Bell out of all of them that I've been to. Usually pretty decent with the orders.
I have stopped frequenting Taco Bell because the prices have gone up and the food quality is poor. I ordered (for three people), and (yes I know) should've checked before leaving but I had someone to go which is also why I could not return for the 3 missing items ($7.66 loss). They also gave me the small Nacho Fry instead of the large I ordered. I tried calling to see if I could get a credit for the items next time I was there, but this store also never seems to answer the phone unless I call multiple times (it was not during busy hours). I put 2 stars for service, nice people, but they used to have much better food and a quick quality check before handing the food over. I may try another location to see if they have better quality.

I’m not sure what they’re doing at this location but the late night crew is SUPERB. I go out of my way on my way home from work just to go to this location. The food is fresh, hot, and prepared perfectly. Keep it up!

Went in to Taco Bell on Garrity Boulevard in Nampa at about 1 o'clock on a Sunday. I was the only person in the restaurant. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before somebody in the back yelled up. "We'll be with you in a moment". After another 5 to 10 minutes, an employee came in from the outside. And ask if I'd been helped yet. I told her no I hadn't, so she came around and took my order while talking to people in the kitchen and not even acknowledging me. As soon as I put my card in the machine to read it, she turned around and walked off. Never acknowledging that the food would be out soon, thanking me or even offering me a receipt which printed out after she walked away.
It only took less than 10 minutes for the food to get out and it was fine. But after I had been sitting there for a few minutes, another employee came out for her break, and even though the restaurant was completely empty, she sat right behind me got on her phone. Put it on speakerphone, and had a entire conversation in Spanish, with kids screaming in the background.
This place has a lot to learn about customer hospitality.

It's better food than Los Beto's at least. My phone is tripping, I was in the area, but it sure wasn't for Taco Bell that's for sure!
Third time I've ordered from this Taco Bell and they've messed up the order. Missing sauces on burritos, wrong drinks, tons of onions when asked for without, items made completely wrong or just entirely missing, etc. Basically my entire order is inedible. Wish I could go back in time.
