As always, the food is typical taco bell. Can't complain about that. What I will say is that this location has some of the rudest employees at any taco bell I've been too. But hey.. it's taco bell not Pantera market.

I dont nessary have a problem with the food or employees but if you order from the App I've never received my food ontime. As I'm writing this my order still hasnt been made and that was 29mins ago. I had to go up and ask them what's going on and it still hadn't started. It's also not very busy. I have the impression app orders are put on the back burner. I've never had my food come out quickly from this store on an app purchase

I always go thru the drive thru so cant really say much about the atmosphere. Fairly quick for the amount of orders they process have never had a mistake on my order all the years I've gone to them for food. Prices are market value or less in some cases.
Ordered on the app. Went in to pick up and stood there for over 10 min before anyone came to the counter. There were 3 people less than 10 ft from me. No greeting, no ask if I needed help. Realised only 1 person spoke English and I had to raise my voice to ask for someone to help me. Food was cold and never going there again

Chris and Janette are wonderful people. They were very nice and friendly and also completely understanding due to my order gate messed up. I would definitely recommend this Taco Bell the food was great the service was great and I wish they were closer to my house. Thanks again guys!

We came here after 1 pm today as we were in Nampa and it was not busy inside. I waited about 10 minutes at the counter and no one came to take our order. I walked over to take a look at the kitchen . They looked short staffed but saw a few people on their cellphones and some making food. Someone yelled out about them being short staffed and if we could use the self order app. Not using it before I reluctantly agreed and figured it out and placed our order. After about 20 minutes our food was ready..the place looked dirty and some of my food was overcooked while the beans were cold with the cheese sitting on top..We ate and left. To be fair we've come here before in the morning and had a totally different experience but right now I don't plan on coming back here again. I hope the management does read the reviews and makes some changes!

I ordered food from Uber at 10:45 and now it’s 12:45 am and on the 4th Uber driver the third Uber driver stated that employees are inside and not coming to the window at all. The hours state open till 1am. They could have cancelled the order or answered the phone for the Uber drivers instead they wasted my time and the drivers time. Thank you Taco Bell.

Went at about 11:40 am. A couple people were waiting but it wasn't busy. No one was at the front counter so I had to do my order by myself. Waited about 8 minutes to get my food. He didn't give me my drink cup and had to wait another 2 minutes just to holler at him so I could get my cup. Tried one of the new chicken empanadas and I think it is sat in the warmer too long because it was chewy. My chalupas were good though.
Carlos helped me today. He was friendly & fast. Cleanest Taco Bell inside I've ever seen! And I'm a very particular person when noticing cleanliness. Keep up the great work Garrity team, you're doing amazing ✨️

Tense to say the least. A family driving in from Hailey Idaho asked how long the wait is because the line looked long, when another customer answered that he had been waiting 40 minutes, the manager of the restaurant started yelling at him not to talk to other customers and she was going to file a formal complaint to door dash and get him fired. We were in a hurry but willing to wait until we heard that. As a door dash driver a 40 minute wait impacts his job way more than losing 1 customer to a long wait. In fact he probably had saved them a bad review, until she started yelling at him across the restaurant about trying to get him fired just for being polite and answering a question.. my second bad experience there, too bad.

Never got my order! ordered from the kiosk. Was there for 20 minutes kept on giving out other orders. I asked three times if my order was up they assured me that I would get it. Got frustrated. Have a long drive left would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone.
