We do Salsa Sunday at Mother Earth on Sunday, picking up tacos on the way there. First time trying this taco truck. Great tacos, comes with onions, grilled onions, cilantro and plenty of meat. Pictured are carnitas and chicken. Very good tacos, two would have been enough. The red sauce is good and spicy. Also nice was no line, unlike the other truck at 11th Ave and 4th St N. I can't wait to try some other meals.

Great tacos. Fresh tortillas and good adobada and chorizo. The salsa verde is delicious, a hint of spicy. The fresh handmade on the spot tortillas are a real plus. I prefer 2 tortillas normally, but there's tacos hold up And taste good with just one. Love grabbing a tray before heading into the American Legion Hall right there.

The tacos are amazing. I had al pastor, asada, and cabeza. This is my new favorite taco truck. They even gave grilled onions and had super flavorful sauces. I think I'll be going weekly at this point.
