Food was really good. Took a long time to get seated. (No it was not busy). I'm not impatient, just thought that waiting 10 minutes to get seated was odd.

The food was good. The service was great, but it was freezing in there. They need to turn the heat on 34° out. Everyone’s sitting there with their coats on should’ve been a hint.

Hopping place. Very friendly atmosphere! Greeted immediately upon arriving and seated quickly. Taken care of with care even with a full house. Loved the cozy decorations. Best bacon I have ever had in my life! Big, fat pieces that melt in your mouth. Just delicious! Good cup 'o joe. Had the waffle that wasn't the best but with everything else being so wonderful, I just couldn't give this place a four-star rating. Will be going back and trying those cinnamon rolls.

First time here and love the food and service! Nacassia was a wonderful and friendly server! They could stand to do some high dusting, but I highly recommend!

Sadly the service at this Egg Factory has gone down significantly over the years. Our visit this morning (and this will be our last visit), includes waiting for close to 30 minutes for a table in a half empty restaurant, and then receiving our omelette, both undercooked with gray sour-tasting sausage. Very concerning and disappointing, as this used to be my family’s go-to location for breakfast.

This is a breakfast and lunch place. The breakfasts are good. I recommend the oatmeal cookie pancakes! They also have different kinds of waffles, pancakes, sausage, bacon, ham and all the breakfast fair. It's the only place I know that serves what they call factory potatoes instead of hash browns. They are so much better than hash browns! The prices are very reasonable and the service was good but they are usually very busy and there isn't much room to wait. It's definitely somewhere I would recommend. Home style food. Between $10 and $20 a person depending on what you order. The only drawback is that it's pretty packed in. No dividers between the tables. And like I said it can get quite busy. Please be nice to the servers! There are some lovely older ladies and I often hear them getting bad comments because of how busy it is. But these ladies work their tails off! Leave Big tips!

We waited an hour and half for it for. Waitress took it order then never saw her again. People who came in after us were being served. I inquired twice about it for. Second time we got our food, my bacon was clearly reheated to the point of hard crispy inedible mass. Everything else was good. My first experience here, can't say I will return. Lack of communication from our server and the over attentive. She want saving her to. First time I have reduce a you to 5%. I am a30% tipper. Customer care includes communication and if you screwed up, fix it properly admit it and apologize. We all have bad days.

The server/ waitress was just eh, her attitude was bland. She didn't check on us for 35 min..After we ordered.... We needed more drinks.... But nothing. The food was just ok/cold when given to us. Expected better service/ food for the high priced food but didn't get that. Shame.

I ordered a taco salad and there were four large tortilla chips under the salad. I asked if they were corn or wheat(I am gluten free, not a severe allergy at all), and was told they were wheat. (By my mistake, I missed the part about the tortilla on the menu, that was completely my fault) The waitress kinda offered multiple times to remake the food, but my allergy is very minor, so I was all right with how it was. I would recommend that the restaurant put information about the tortillas on the menu.
I'm not convinced that my fork was washed more than swiping it with a sponge, however.
