This isn't the same as it used to be. The food was disappointing. The gravy was watery. Scrabbled eggs weren't great and the potatoes don't have onions or peppers.

Used to go to the egg factory in Boise all the time as I lived near it. I now live near the one in Nampa. It was pretty much what I expected. The wait on a Sunday morning at 11 AM wasn't bad. The food was exactly what I expected, good but not excellent. Met my expectations and I would go back.

Delicious breakfast and wonderful service! Coming in as a single top most servers give the eye roll in fact an older one did. However my server was kind and pleasant. The biscuits and gravy were exceptional – fluffy biscuits and a perfectly seasoned gravy. The classic omelet and crispy factory potatoes were also cooked to perfection. While the cinnamon roll was a bit different than expected (crunchy), the other items were so good it didn't detract from the overall experience. I'd definitely recommend this place for a hearty and flavorful breakfast, especially with such great service.
