I had the carnitas Benedict, parts of which (the muffin, the chipotle hollandaise, and the meat), were very good.. Unfortunately, the poached eggs were overcooked to the point of the yolk being solid and dry. The hash browns were undercooked, under seasoned, and oily. My partner’s eggs, much he had ordered fried over easy, were also overcooked with dry yolks. The service was a bit slow, but given how busy the restaurant was I wasn’t surprised.

Honestly, food was ok. I had the CA omelette, besides introducing me to how tasty cream cheese in omelette is, it was ok. My brother got the pecan bun and they had high regards for that.

Had the eggs Benedict, the kid had the corned beef hash.. both were amazing and obviously homemade no canned stuff. Service was quick and friendly despite the restaurant being almost filled to capacity. Will definitely eat here again everytime I’m in town.

We enjoy going to the griddle. The atmosphere is fabulous. The service is second to none. The waitresses are always pleasant and friendly. The best part is simply the best. We would highly recommend the griddle.

The server seemed to be in a rush and forgot about us a couple times. When we asked for things like ketchup or syrup it seemed to be an inconvenience. Typically I would only mark this down to be a 2 or 3 star. However, I got food poisoning from this restaurant.
