Went in to get a bright energy and a hot chocolate for my daughter it was a SCOLDING HOT chocolate the guy didn’t say anything when he handed it to me it was double cupped it didn’t feel extremely hot when I passed it to my 4 year old she burned her mouth and was crying and I had to stop the car on the way home to calm her down. Very unprofessional and yes, I realize hot chocolates are hot but this wasn’t hot it was literally scolding and he could have let me know it was scolding hot before handing it to me . Also forgot our beans and he was pretty rude. Won’t come to this location anymore .

Had the best experience here a few months back, a sweet young lady named Tyler helped me and was fantastic. I went there again this morning for my usual Americano with light cream, had a different barista this time but the service and coffee were just as good. Highly recommend!

The coffee is decent and espresso-drinks are about the same as what you'll find at other nearby coffee places; however, they open at 5:30 am, so if you're on a road trip or don't want some gas station swill then the Human Bean is probably your safest bet. They also sell chocolate covered coffee beans, so that's a plus in my book.

I thought I'd already done a review of human bean but maybe this is a different location. Never had anything bad with these guys ever. Their coffee so much better than Dutch Brothers and way way better than BlackRock. I gave him three out of five stars for the food because it's really not a coffee shops specialty but the food they have is great just not a huge selection but I am okay with that. If you expect great food from a coffee joint you might be the person that goes to Chinese restaurant and ask for chicken McNuggets. It also helps that they are very dog friendly and Charlie gets a treat every time we go so he loves this place too :-)

Love this coffee, but a couple things I wish I’d known ahead of time:
They have a rewards app—but I asked about it before paying and was only told after that I couldn’t get points for the order I had just placed. A heads-up would’ve been nice!
Also, they charge for water… which honestly was pretty disappointing. I can’t think of another coffee shop that does that. I’d rather see a slight price increase on the coffee itself than be charged for something as basic as water.

Addi was very helpful she was very busy but still need time to take my order and have light conversation with me while making my drink. She definitely deserves a raise very good people skills 😊

I about dropped my wallet when she told me $12 for two cups of coffee. Ok well it's gonna be an amazing cup of coffee for $6 right? We're talking just regular coffee with two stevia and half and half. What i got was a room temperature cup of watery half and half. I thought they forgot the coffee at first but nope it was in there I just couldn't taste it. Ok fine the coffee was bland. At least serve it hot!! It was room temperature at best. I tipped $3 cause of course they ASK to get tipped for pouring a freaking cup of coffee so I tip. Total was almost $16 for 2 cups of freaking regular coffee that was bland and almost cold. First time last time for me.
