This was an accidental find for us, we really weren’t expecting to find such good food! The pastor tacos were so good and the team running the truck had such good energy. They even had treats for our dogs!

Toros Tacos catered our wedding and it was an absolute hit!! Amazing presentation with the al pastor, delicious and authentic flavors and aromas, timely, professional, and courteous. While catering, they filled the tacos full with lots of meat and had plentiful amount of sides. My only regret is not asking for more!!

This was our first time going to the toros tacos food truck after looking for something delicious to eat, the pictures posted looked great and reviews on the website seemed to be awesome… on the contrary we walked up to the truck to order the server was a bit negative and seemed as though he didn’t want to be there. The food didn’t look anything like the pictures, meat was seasoned good but tacos were very dry, not to mention my husband asked for both salsas and was even charged for both and he only received the one once he tried to ask for the other he was directed to pay for it again mind you the green salsa only tasted of cucumber, Sodas were hot. Wait time is pretty long.

Really liked this place. I had a burrito and my wife had tacos. We were able to bring our dog to the patio area and in the evening, it’s shaded by the building. Food was excellent and being able to order beers at The Brewery makes it a win win. We would highly recommend this.

Legendary Tacos, Next Level Service!” I’ve eaten a lot of tacos in my life, but nothing compares to Toro’s Tacos in Meridian! The flavors are bold, fresh, and absolutely addictive. Every bite tastes like it was made from the heart. The tortillas are warm and perfectly soft, the meat is seasoned to perfection, and the toppings are fresh and vibrant.
Their steak tacos. Pure magic. Juicy and served with flavor that’s so rich. Each taco equally incredible each one packed with flavor and just the right kick. Just pure deliciousness!
What really takes Toro’s Tacos over the top are the people. The people are warm, welcoming, and clearly love what they do. Even during the busy dinner rush, they greet you with a smile and make you feel like a regular.
