10/4/24 3:07pm-3:38pm wasn't busy inside, but drive-thru was busy the whole time I was there. Seems they were prolly understaffed.....
My experience was great even though I could tell the employee that took my order was possibly kinda newish but she still got everything accurate and was helping drive-thru flow.
Food and smoothie was great as well as the service I received. Thanks yall definitely recommend.

The shift lead is rude and disrespectful, he hung up on me 5 different times when I was trying to cancel an order my granddaughter did on accident while she was looking at there menu. I will never shop at this place again no wonder why they are only a 3.5 star restaurant with customer service like that!!!

The worst. I Door Dashed my lunch which I always do and decided to try this place again. Then I realized why I would not recommend this place. Go to Roxberry. I ordered a Acai bowl, smoothie and a edible straw. 30 dollars later and when it arrives the dasher hands me a bag. I look in it. No Smoothie or straw. I asked the driver where my Smoothie is and he said they didn't give it to him. So I called Tropical Smoothie and the girl I spoke to said she was the one who made my bowl but wasn't on smoothies. Like what. I know that place is not that big where communication should not be happening. Get it together. People pay money and would like what they ordered. I will never be returning here. And I went ahead and ordered from Roxberry and got a amazing Smoothie!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Placed a call in order, went through the drive through to pick it up. Was told to wait, then I proceeded to wait 15 mins. I yelled “hello” & finally someone helped me. Mind you my order was already placed I was simply there to pick it up. After I proceeded to the window to pick up my order, I then waited there & was never greeted. I drove right next door to the Taco Bell & had food within 3 minutes. Pathetic service & employees

My first time here and I wanted a smoothie but inadvertently ordered a bowl. But that's okay because it was the best smoothie bowl I've ever had, sooo good! I'll be returning for another bowl of pure deliciousness!

IMHO Tropical smoothie is fantastic! It happens to be closest to where I work, so yay for that, and has a great selection. I'm not a hearty breakfast eater but they offer breakfast and lunch options that are simple and not overly expensive. In our world of unhealthy items, I appreciate this venue being a cut above. I recommend the island green detox or avocolada. Both great for getting in some greens.

So this morning I decided to go into my favorite smoothie shop! And I have never had a problem with this place before at any location. Usually every one is very nice a friendly and welcoming. I don’t usually care about doing reviews and bashing any establishment.. but anywho.. today apparently people woke up on the wrong side of the unfriendly bed in customers service. Order my green smoothie bowl.. cool… two people came in after me got there smoothies and food.. one made and one line order and the other actually ordered his food upon arrival.. I have been waiting more than 5 minutes at this point.. I watch the guy give the man that came in after me and ordered his smoothie and a wrap that had to be made.. meanwhile nobody is working on my smoothie bowl… then after 5 more minutes my bowl.. which was already premade started to be made… all it needed was toppings .. hell I could have jumped behind the counter and made it my damn self at that point… so needless to say I was a little pissed off. No one apologized for the inconvenience or the lack of common curiosity and customer service!! It was the bowl already being basically premade for me… all you had to do was add the toppings!!!!!! Really!!! Not happy about this this good Tuesday morning!!!!! Fix it!!!!!!!

Went here for the first time the other day. Smoothies are absolutely delicious! Great if you want a sweet treat. Haven't tried the food yet... Maybe one day
