This place is AMAZING. Very friendly staff, fast service, and hard working employees. The food and smoothie was delicious. If you’re looking for a new place to try I 100% recommend Tropical Smoothie.

There were flies everywhere. They were putting dirty fly swatter on counters where food was prepped. Three young people were running around screaming about a wasp in the building. I had to wait for them to quit screaming and running around before I could order and then I had to wait because they were busy trying to kill a wasp instead of making my order.

I have never been disappointed with any of the smoothies I've received from this place. They are always fast, friendly, and reliable, regardless of time of day. It is definitely worth it to join the rewards program, because I keep coming back here week after week.

Tried to go in had a sign saying lobby will be open at 4 it wasnt we had to go through the drive thru shouted our order 2 still having the worker asking to repeat it

I stopped by yesterday about 15 minutes before closing, and was told over the intercom that they were no longer making food. I’ve visited this location before and have always had a great experience with both the food and service, but this time was disappointing. The item I requested was on the menu and not out of stock—it just seemed like the employee had already started closing up early in order to leave right at closing time. I understand the importance of closing procedures, but it would’ve been appreciated if they had honored the posted hours and continued serving until closing.

My family has been here quite a few times now, and we will continue to come. The customer service is quite lovely, and although one time my order was incorrect, they made changes at no cost to me. The food is always so yummy, and the smoothies are delicious. I recommend the hummus veggie wrap.

This place is way too expensive.
They serve you premade bowls that are frozen. Definitely not freshly made and cost the same as Roxberry by Winco or Boise juice. Those two places at least serve you double the amount this place does. Don't waste your money.
