Cashier was rude. No smiles makes for a dreary atmosphere. Asked for dine in ketchup and they just point at the to go ketchup. Not even an ounce of effort to serve the customer. Fries were nasty they need to change their oil more often.

Hey tried to call, got home and my salad has something rotten in it! Check your premade salads, as soon as I opened it I could smell something was bad. Not sure it it was the chicken or the eggs or the greenery or what but definitely inedible. I’d open up what you have and double check they are all still good!

My wife and I came away feeling sick after burgers that were clearly cooked a long time before we got them, this is my second really bad food experience at this Wendy’s, way too much sauce on burgers to hide the old rubbery cold meat, the lard in the French fryer needs to be changed. We’ve Always enjoyed a good hot delicious Wendy’s burger & fries every now and then but the food at this branch is no where close to what we have experienced at many other Wendy’s stores. Service and atmosphere were good except for a foul smell near the drink service area, I’m eating tums trying to recover from todays meal of which we couldn’t even finish.

This place is good. Sometimes a hit or miss, one time food was missing tomatoes another time forgot to put an item in the bag. They always are willing to make it right. Times where everything is perfect the food is really good. I like that they never freeze their patties. Would be 4 stars without mess ups, but I’ll be back for sure. Biggy deal meals are prefect for kids!
I normally go through the Wendy’s drive thru but this time we went inside. First off when we were paying at the counter the older lady just had attitude from the beginning and was passive aggressive. One of the workers behind her kept staring and giving dirty looks. All the tables were dirty so no clean seating options. This was the last time I’m coming back to dine in or just this Wendy’s in general

The Wendys on 12th st sucks. They don't know what they're doing and every other Wendys in the valley will switch out the fries for baked potatoe. I eat at the Wendys on Caldwell blvd a lot and they're fantastic! This ones manager could learn a lot from the other. I mean, how much more expensive could a baked potatoes be then fries? Seriously! Yah, you won't ever get mine or any of my friends biz again. $17 to $30 each time we stop at Wendys and you won't budget. No prob... Bad biz decision for sure.

Went for breakfast .no one in drive through but myself at 1000 on a Sat Took 5 min to get them to take my order and after I orderd drove to window to be told another 5 min wait for food .I took my money back and drove off . Customer service at this Wendy's has went way down and I will not go there again. Use the other one in nampa much better service
