Unfortunately had to give this a one star because it wouldn't let you give 0 stars. Worst experience I have ever had. When in the drive through I ordered, pulled up, paid and was given my food... The girl helping was named Sierra and she was the rudest person I have ever encountered. After she handed me everything..she stated "thank you or not" and slammed the window door. I stopped and clarified and asked excuse me....and she lied and said I was talking to someone else. I asked for her name and she closed the window again. I have never been treated so poorly. Something needs to be done because that is how you lose customers and get the worst ratings out there. Sierra, I hope that you learn how to talk to customers and give respect how you would like it to be done to you. This is a business. Worst place ever.

Wendy's best mix fries and frosty best thing ever. I would give 5 stars but you guys took away one of the best items on you menu the pretzel pub with the special honey smoked honey mustard is was so good please bring it back and I will give 5 stars

Hands down the nicest staff! We were that huge family that walked in 10 minutes before closing the lobby. Using the kiosk was a bit frustrating but the girls behind the counter were so friendly and so nice and very helpful! The store was VERY clean and nice! I really appreciated the staff here you have no clue! Side note: I think Wendy's changed their chili cuz it did not taste or even look the same. Other than that great experience!

I visit this Wendy’s location often and I’ve never been compelled to write a great review until recently when I met a new employee who made my drive-through experience quick, easy and delightful. She was a blonde young lady, she was so kind and really knew what she was doing, I just wish she had a name tag so I could mention her name. It’s so refreshing to deal with a real human being that cares about the customer experience.

How lazy are the people working here seriously my burger was super sloppy with undercooked bacon and was half way off the bun and the bun was torn but they still used it and wrapped it up and gave it to me and my wife got the very end of the tomato and way too much mayo on her burger fries were chewy and had no salt. Look I know food service isn't a fun job and isn't very enjoyable I've worked it for 4 years before but come on I know for a fact that if you went somewhere and got food like this you would be upset too think about that before you serve food to others

i ordered 2 of the mushroom bacon cheeseburgers and asked for extra sauce because normally they don’t put enough on but the last thing i expected was this sloppy and quite frankly disgusting mess. with the amount they put on you could only eat about half the burger before all you could taste is garlic. was not worth $18. and the guy at the speaker was mumbling so badly i couldn’t even understand him and when i got to the window he basically shoved the food at me. heinous service and sloppy food would not recommend this place to anyone. just go to Mcdonald’s at this point.

So I get an interview get told to come back at 9 am today and what happens I get blown off again because they aren't hiring why even go through the trouble with these guys cause they guys are just incompetent and negligent and probably so is there food
