I can't even describe to you the intensity of what happened with Wendy's pigtails. Under a microscope they writhed and wriggled, never thought I'd see living hair, yet alone one that speaks.... If you or a loved one has come in contact with these braids, RUN.

Stopped into this location, line was fairly long but went very fast. Food was prepared and packaged as expected. Order was correct. The chicken on both my spicy nuggets and sandwich was cooked perfectly and so fresh. Fries were crisp and salted perfectly. Staff was friendly and efficient. Definitely satisfied. Thanks!

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Kara at Wendys, and I have to say she exemplifies professionalism and exceptional customer service. In an industry where things can get hectic, Kara stands out as a beacon of positivity. On days when life gets tough, her friendly demeanor and genuine care for customers can truly turn things around. Not only was the food excellent, but it was Kara's fantastic service that made the experience unforgettable. She would make an outstanding manager if she's not already in that role. It’s clear that employees like her are a significant reason for the restaurant’s success. Highly recommend!

Both of my 10 piece nugget combos had 9 nuggets (lol.) The drive thru lady seemed annoyed i needed a second to confirm the last part of my order even tho nobody was behind me waiting. Didn't ask if I wanted spicy or regular nuggets, not very patient to begin with. Then I tried to divide out my food and realized neither of my combos had 10. Paid full price and didnt need anything special for 2 of the 10 piece nugget combos.. didnt think i ever needed to count my nuggets until today :[

I ordered a combo: Dave’s Single, medium fries, and a medium Coke. Simple, right? Nope. When I got home and checked my bag, surprise—no fries.
So, I went back to get what I paid for, receipt in hand, ready to solve the mystery. But the lady at the counter acted like my order was a fairy tale—she said she never received it and refused to even look or scan my receipt. Seriously? That’s like refusing to check the proof that you owe me fries.
Not giving up, I returned a second time. Same woman, same story—except this time I made her look at the receipt. She argued with me, handed over my fries (which were cold, by the way), and then had the nerve to say, “Don’t bring receipts in again…” in the most unfriendly and rude way possible. How exactly am I supposed to prove I bought something if I’m not allowed to show the receipt? Genius!
If you want your order treated like it actually exists and served with decent customer service, skip Garrity Wendy’s and head straight to the 12th Avenue or Caldwell Blvd locations. Those places get it.

They shut down the frosty machine hours before closing. This is ridiculous. It should be in operation until closed. The employees suck.

This was our first time at this Wendy's and it was the BEST customer service ever. The food was great! Hot chili was hot and flavorful. Salted Caramel Frosty was quite tasty and fries were hot and fresh tasting. The Restaurant was clean with a nice variety of seating. We chose the Bistro table and chairs, not too tall that were easy to sit at. We didn't have to climb up into the chairs and the table was stable, it didn't rock back and forth like some restaurants.
We will be eating at this location again.

Went to this place that made me buy a little Frosty key chain little Gadget only used it twice ever went there they told me I could not order unless I ordered when I was doing the actual order. I was just trying to pay and get a free Frosty and the lady had an attitude with me totally unprofessional send somebody else to the window I believe this person should be fired absolutely no customer service I would never go to this place ever ever again. I don't usually post but they rip me off and made me buy a key chain for free frosties and they don't.

Waiting for your order of 5 breakfast sandwiches' , while countless new orders are placed and sent out is crazy, but coming in after 15 minutes in the car , to see one of them completed and two grump cussing older men arguing over the top of the rest of my sandwiches', talking about how they are not going to take any more orders and making everyone uncomfortable is insane, my sandwiches' were over $5 each, thrown together sloppy and a mixture of hot and cold.. Definitely made with anger , not love. I am so tired of handing my money over to businesses who treat me like I am an inconvenience, things are just to expensive for these games anymore, I won't be back. Its pretty clear that our current economy does not support the fast food industry, prices are through the roof and the quality is so bad its barely legal.
The manager lady was trying her best, these dudes made her job harder on her.
