This was our first time at this Wendy's and it was the BEST customer service ever. The food was great! Hot chili was hot and flavorful. Salted Caramel Frosty was quite tasty and fries were hot and fresh tasting. The Restaurant was clean with a nice variety of seating. We chose the Bistro table and chairs, not too tall that were easy to sit at. We didn't have to climb up into the chairs and the table was stable, it didn't rock back and forth like some restaurants. We will be eating at this location again.

Went to this place that made me buy a little Frosty key chain little Gadget only used it twice ever went there they told me I could not order unless I ordered when I was doing the actual order. I was just trying to pay and get a free Frosty and the lady had an attitude with me totally unprofessional send somebody else to the window I believe this person should be fired absolutely no customer service I would never go to this place ever ever again. I don't usually post but they rip me off and made me buy a key chain for free frosties and they don't.

Waiting for your order of 5 breakfast sandwiches' , while countless new orders are placed and sent out is crazy, but coming in after 15 minutes in the car , to see one of them completed and two grump cussing older men arguing over the top of the rest of my sandwiches', talking about how they are not going to take any more orders and making everyone uncomfortable is insane, my sandwiches' were over $5 each, thrown together sloppy and a mixture of hot and cold.. Definitely made with anger , not love. I am so tired of handing my money over to businesses who treat me like I am an inconvenience, things are just to expensive for these games anymore, I won't be back. Its pretty clear that our current economy does not support the fast food industry, prices are through the roof and the quality is so bad its barely legal.
The manager lady was trying her best, these dudes made her job harder on her.

Lite ice sodas aren't filled all the way. Everyone knows how cheap soda is for a restaurant. Absolutely crazy
Time to change my review. Not only have they been super slow lately, every time I go, their is an issue with the pretzel buns. One time they were all frozen and said it would be 20 to thaw one...wth? They did give me one that I took home for a breakfast sandwich the next day. Then they are completely out? How?? Obviously a very popular item (it's really the only thing I want) and they can't manage to figure out how many they need in a day?? Also, was going to use the self order kiosk, but you can't modify the burgers. McDs and Taco Bell have a much better system for that

I have never had worse food at Wendy's than I had today, except for the bugs in my drink and no hamburger patty on my hamburger on 36th Street 20 years ago. Cold, old, tasteless, and very disappointing. Now I remember why I quit coming
