This was our first time at this Wendy's and it was the BEST customer service ever. The food was great! Hot chili was hot and flavorful. Salted Caramel Frosty was quite tasty and fries were hot and fresh tasting. The Restaurant was clean with a nice variety of seating. We chose the Bistro table and chairs, not too tall that were easy to sit at. We didn't have to climb up into the chairs and the table was stable, it didn't rock back and forth like some restaurants.

Time to change my review. Not only have they been super slow lately, every time I go, their is an issue with the pretzel buns. One time they were all frozen and said it would be 20 to thaw one...wth? They did give me one that I took home for a breakfast sandwich the next day. Then they are completely out? How?? Obviously a very popular item (it's really the only thing I want) and they can't manage to figure out how many they need in a day?? Also, was going to...

After a not so pleasant visit with grandkids one evening, contacted manager Jarrett and was treated very well and taken good care of on our next visit, very thankful for his help and in this matter thanks again
