Got in line around 5 minutes before they were closing, they had around 5-6 bags of the pretzel bites left in the hot case. When we got up to the counter it was exactly 8, they did not service us and told us they were closed. They couldnt have taken the extra 2 minutes to service us.

I stop at Wetzel's each time I go into Walmart in Garrity. Often it is sold out of the item I wish to purchase. Today, the service was spot on pleasant and the cheesy dogs were available. The dogs were good. While the cheese had melted and was overcooked, I find this is typical and experience this when I make the same item at home. The dough was done but oily - this also is typical when cooking sausge in a wrap. I enjoy the place but the cheesy dogs are the only item I purchase.

I've gotten stuff here before, typically a little overdone but ok.Today, while bottom of cheese dog was again overdone, inside the dough was 100% raw...not sure how that worked...cooked too hot and too fast?Had to chuck it, won't be going back.The gal behind the counter was very pleasant though.

Purchased Wetzel pretzel pepperoni bites asked if they were old she assured me no their not so I paid and left. I got home and was so upset these things were hard as rocks like if they heated them up knowing they were old..unbelievable this place use to care but seems like all they care about is making a sale..and their prices are outrageous. Will definitely not be buying from that location ever again! This is the onenin Walmart in Nampa off Garrity

My daughter and I love wetzel pretzel but the hours aren't consistent. I understand if they have an understaffing issue but they should reflect it in the hours of operation.

This is the second time that I have gotten here shortly before they are supposed to close and they are locked up tight. Obviously closing before their advertised 8pm. Not cool Wetzel...
Place is very rarely open at 12 despite their hours still reflecting a 12:00 opening. When they are open the high schoolers who they employ are at best robotic and at worst rude.

What in the wild world is going on?? Stopped by here to grab a few things. I should have just walked away when I was greeted by some snotty young girls working. They were both annoyed by our very presence.I ordered the bites, the pizza bites, and little cheese dog bites. The regular bites were good. The pizza bites were burnt. The cheese dog bites were soggy.Gross!I still am mind blown at the attitudes of the two girls working. They were snappy, irritated, and were hating their job.

HORRIBLE Customer Service! CSM told me that they now open at 12, so I stuck around an extra 15 minutes in the store until they opened. I stood there in front of two gals making pretzels and not one time did they acknowledge me! 12:05!!! So I went right up close and asked the Hispanic gal what time they were going to open. Her reply.....Oh, 12:30 OR 12!! Cage closed and lights off!!! Never again at this location.!

When I got there they had the gate down. I looked at my phone to see what time they where supposed to open.. it said 10:30 it was 11:43 and I finally found an employee and asked what time they opened and they said ehhhh we are opening now.. I ordered a large strawberry lemonade and a order of the pepperoni bites paid $10 something for them and they were burnt and cold very disappointed
