Do not come here. The food takes hours for a simple wing order placed ahead of time and scheduled to be done. Took over an hour.

First time eating at Wingstop. It was disgusting!The store was not busy at all. How does a place that serves basically one item mess up??
My chicken strips were dry & over cooked, some had an old grease taste. I ordered the Parmesan & mild & got Plain & burnt mild with No flavor. The fries were limp & extremely greasy.
What a bad experience & waste of $20+
I regret leaving a tip for someone to hand me a bag full of food that had everything wrong with it.

If I could give it zero stars I would…. I always order online to pick up and they take longer than expected. Only reason I keep coming here is because it’s the closest, won’t be coming here again. Today they had about 40 people waiting for their order! They have nothing but 18 year olds working there. Super unprofessional. I hope more people complain about this so that they can do something about management. There were people waiting for 2 hours +. They need to change something

Customer service was lazy. Didn’t take my order at 8:45 p.m. I showed up, they were not busy at all and were cleaning fryers to close up early. I’ve worked fast food when I was young and this unacceptable. I took every order until the very last second of closing time then cleaning happened. This isn’t the first time either. I ended up going to 12th ave. Wingstop and they did take my order. I’m looking to speaking to cooperate and trying to get into contact with them. Please contact me wingstop this is not the way a business runs.

Had a terrible experience with the customer service, the food, but most of all corporate. Ordered online and went to pickup after work. Always have a cheat meal on Friday after work and decided to do WingStop. Walked in and stood at the front with other customers for almost 10 minutes with nobody coming up to the front. Only when somebody eating there walked up and yelled about getting a to go box, did someone come up. There were 3 workers in view the whole time, less than 20 feet away that saw us the whole time. They just didn’t care. One girl walked up to grab something right in front of me about 5 minutes in, and walked back without saying a word. Then when I finally got the food, it was just pure salt. Wanted to enjoy the ranch but needed blue cheese to somewhat balance the salt of the 5 flavors of wings and the fries that I ordered. Corporate asked for feedback. I gave this same review and they gave me a free regular fry that I have to use within 2 weeks. Corporate was awful at fulfilling their job. I can see why employees don’t care when it’s obvious that corporate doesn’t care about them at all. If you don’t value your customers, you don’t value your employees. Don’t waste your money.

Every time I’ve ordered from this wingstop my order has always been
1 wrong
2 missing a part of the order
3 cold
And every time I go in there is always something wrong with the soda machine.

The most recent time I went in there I ordered at 5:00 and scheduled to pick up my food at 7:00. when I showed up the store my order wasn’t even started.

This wingstop sucks I ordered at 1:56 pm got there at 2:20 they said it wasn’t in there system they took my order and I waited for another hour it’s now 3:05 I am still sitting here waiting with flies flying around me. Wouldn’t you think they’d put you first priority since you ordered along time ago but no they call everybody else’s name as well as get everyone’s orders out that came in way after us. This is ridiculous and I will never be coming here again! If I could give this 0 stars I would!!!

Veridique was the person in the front getting everyone’s order and while I was there waiting for my food , a rush of people came and he maintained his composure and helped every customer to the best of his ability. He is a great person to have as a cashier. The food is also very good, I always go to the same wing stop to get the same order because it’s really good!

I go here doing deliveries and every time I get Wing Stop'd. Any momentum I've got going comes to a crashing halt because whether there's 15 other customers in that tiny room or I'm there by my lonesome, that order ain't ready. And it isn't going to be in less than twice the time they say it will be.

Edit: Wingstop'd again! There was literally only a table of guys getting to go boxes and me and they hadn't even bothered to grab the order off the printer

Edit: Got me again. Wingstop, you're nothing if not consistently slow.
