Worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. 50+minutes to get my food, while watching multiple orders be filled that were placed after mine. Employees could have cared less about the job or the customers.

We were just there ordered a 50 piece got home to start dishing it out an only got a 30 piece kinda sucks when you spend $72 an not everyone can eat!!

I love Wingstop. These guys make awesome food. Everytime I have had it i have enjoyed it. Be careful to order online for delivery though. Tonight I ordered delivery from their website and Doordash lied about delivering it. I never received it but I got a text stating the delivery driver reported to have handed it to me. I call Wingstop and they tell me I have to call DoorDash for a refund even though I ordered on their website and they are the ones who chose DoorDash to deliver not me. Then when I call Doordash they tell me I have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund to my card and they can't even send another order to me instead of refunding me. They also told me that they refund the store since I ordered on the stores website. Then they tell me I now have to call the store back for my refund. Very inconvenient and tonight I didn't get my order or my money back so I can order again. I will now literally not get my dinner tonight. I also tipped up front so the DoorDash driver got tipped for stealing my food also. I'll never order online again.

Ordered 15 wings. 7 garlic parm and 8 Cajun. Cajun was good. Nice heat and paired well with the ranch. The garlic parm was absolutely garbage. No hint of garlic. All you taste is parm and chicken. Ordered all wings to be well done which they weren't. Friend ordered 10 boneless wings and i dont think they were even cooked. $50 for 25 wings is absolutely crazy. Yall are trash compared to homemade. First time having wingstop and will definitely be the last. Thank you

It's so over.Made an online order for some wings. The garlic parm wings had a little bit of the seasoning on it. Had to search on the mild wings to see any sauce. 3/4 of the wings had no sauce on them at all, and there was none at the bottom of the basket.Drove back, the gentleman offered to give some mild sauce cups to go with the wings. Absent remaking the order, I asked for a refund. The fellow at the counter wasn't able to give a refund himself, had to call a manager. This was eventually resolved, but it all took a lot of time to end up dissatisfied.The competency crisis has hit franchise food like a brick.

I came with a group of 5 people and we had 4 orders. I ordered first, and we waited for 40 minutes, and the people behind us got their food first. There was nobody was even there… we didn’t get anything that crazy, just regular fries, and then we asked them, and they said that it was on the way, waited for another 20 minutes, and they didn’t even have our order in the back. tried to get a refund, and they couldn’t find our order. we got a refund eventually, but absolutely terrible customer service, and the environment is whatever, not amazing, not very much space, only like 3-4 small tables. would not recommend, and the food that we did get wasn’t even that good. the chicken was somewhat gross

I purchased Louisiana rub wings and there was a legit puddle of oil sitting on the bottom of the wing container. I've ordered Louisiana rub at other wingstop locations before and it has never looked like that. Louisiana rub is a dry rub. I've never had Louisiana rub wings drenched in oil, at any other wingstop location, except this one.

Worst experience! I ordered my food at 4:00 and got my good 40 minutes later. Lazy people working. I'm about to leave, but luckily I check my food. They miss an item on my order! I go back and the girl working knew she forgot it, because she had the items ready and needed to put it together. Still has the most attitude! I leave with my missing item and start eating my food. Then there’s a long piece of HAIR in my food. That was the cherry on top. I was so disgusted and she was the only girl working there. People with long hair need to put their hair fully up. I am so unhappy with my experience.

This location is horrible the people in there are nice but we waited an hour for our food and it was ready, they just forgot to tell us. The food was cold by then. The order was messed up. Waist of money. There is a reason why there is so many 1 star reviews.
