So Chef Jacob and his family have all become friends with many in their community. He provides quality food with quantity in mind. He has been a blessing to Idaho. He has made me a picky eater now. If it isn’t BBC food, it isn’t good food at all. I am spoiled by Chef’s food. I highly recommend. It doesn’t disappoint! Book BBC for your next small- or big event today! No regrets!

Definstely THE best food catering service near me in the treasure valley area. They've got all of your needs, wants, and desires cared for when it comes to food, beverages, hospitality etc.

Amy and Jacob cooked and hosted a fantastic BBQ pulled pork supper for a public outreach event that I hosted. The whole experience was easy to plan and their space is perfect for group meetings.

The chicken pot pie is to die for! The filling was full of chicken, carrots, potatoes, peas, and a flavorful gravy (is that the right word?). The crust was a buttery flaky crust. Over all the BEST Chicken Pot Pie I have ever eaten. The quality of the ingredients is top notch. Cooking instructions were easy, and the amount of time was perfect. I wished I would have grabbed extra to freeze.

The brisket was delicious and perfectly tender, the Mac and cheese was creamy and delicious, and the potatoes were awesome! The rolls were magical and didn’t even need any butter. We had the Aztec tacos with slaw and a salsa bar. It was beyond everyone’s expectations! Not to mention the leftovers they left for us that really helps a momma out! Thank you guys again! We had the opportunity to use Broken Bowl Catering at our wedding this summer and we were blown away from start to finish. Jacob and Amy were so helpful and went and beyond our expectation. You can tell they truly love what they do and boy are they incredible at it. We used the Aztec taco and salsa bar and received compliment after compliment along with some of their pick and choose appetizers. They were kind enough to send us home with our leftovers as no one truly "eats" at their own wedding. They went out of their way to make us an appetizer plate so we could nibble quickly before we went onto our next event. They worked with our budget and treated us like friends. The tasting they offered once we decided to move forward with their catering was such a reassurance that we hit the jackpot. They were professional, timely but most importantly, BOY CAN THEY COOK!! We would highly recommend them to any and everyone!! They are much more than just "caterers"! thanks again for making our day so great!!

Arrogant owner “chef” and his wife duo who don’t even ask if you want to keep your own catering leftovers you paid for so they take it back with them and give out as free meals to look good. Bad communication and over priced.
