“When I'm in town, I always stop in for their amazing taco Tuesday, smoked pork tacos are my favorite, they are very well priced under $3, these being larger than usual, and very filling. I really like the atmosphere there, everyone is so friendly and kind, and very hospitable.I learned about this place after my premature ejaculator ex-husband Patrick who lives on Good lane, got hired there as a bartender, and immediatrly got booted for his attitude. Because of his premature ejaculation condition, and him thinking he is better than everyone because he was once a Marine, Patrick always wants to stick it to people however he can, to prove himself, and it mostly backfires. But thanks to the side-effects of Patrick's premature ejaculation condition, I made great friends at the Double Diamond.The place is good for every leisure, you can play pool, sing, socialize, play bingo, eat and drink with your friends. Patrick kidnapped our son from me by colluding with the police to arrest me and keep me in the patrol car while they placed my son into a group home and prepared a report for Patrick to use against me in court.Patrick is absolutely helpless in bed, so he has to resort to dirty tricks like stealing my son to feel like a man. Thanks again to the Double Diamond for aways keeping me fed when I come through. Miss you guys!”

“Definitely deserves 5 stars! The sandwiches are huuugge and delicious! The Italian cow is my go to, so good! The bacon, ranch flatbread was awesome. The service was great! It's nice you can sit inside or outside. Even the side salad has eggs in it! You don't see that very often. Bloodys were good with bacon, egg and pickle! So good!”

“This little place is such a gem in the community! Glad to have landed in payette to discover it. Jess and Eric have a great place! The frozen peanut butter mocha is my husband's all time favorite since they use real peanut butter and most places don't. House made chai is a treat! But I don't usually stray from my White Alaska. Dove makes the best gluten free coffee cake!”

“It's long all right long and deep beer in the front gambling in the back food on the side local hang out pretty good specials for Friday nights. I just grabbed a beer head down down the road probably stop by again.”

“I really enjoyed the food, and the atmosphere is pretty decent. I'm not a fan of having to go to the register to order. I want to sit down and have someone come to me, which provides jobs for the community. This place you have to order at the register and then get your own drink and find a seat. They will bring you your food which by the way is really good. The chips n salsa to start are the best I've had. The main dish, which was shrimp in a red sauce, was lip smacking. I asked to watch TV for March madness, but they only had YouTube, I guess. All in all I enjoyed the place and the food, I just wish places would hire waitress/waiters to help give back to the community.”

“Found Actions on Google decided to stop by from California! Started of with Jack and coke!!! Perfection! Ended with 7&7 A1. Ordered Cobb Salad, Loaded Chili Cheese Fries & NY polish with Tots. The Salad was as fresh as possible and the Blue Cheese Dressing was A1. The fries were like nothing I had before highly recommended. NY was cooked to perfection and tasted like a pastrami sandwich! “Food is delicious. Probably my favorite local restaurant. The Shrimp Taco meal is awesome. It’s a nice looking facility. My only gripe is prices went up a lot during inflation. $9 Shrimp Taco meal went up to $11, and then $13.50 in less than 2 years. That’s a 50% hike in a small amount of time. I’ll continue to eat there, just not as often.”

“I read about this food truck and saw they had molé but nobody reviewed it.So I took the risk.I say risk because there are many kinds of molé and variations within those types. It's a complex sauce. I had a favorite for years and years when I lived in L.A., it was a family business known for their incredible molé and I had to have it. Then the third generation retired and closed it.I began a quest. It made me kind of dubious after a while. Bad molé can be bitter and one dimensional. The good stuff is art. Layers of flavors, like a story or a symphony.I thought"A FOOD TRUCK in Payette has molé?"So I drove over from Nyssa andinvestigated.I was tempted to chicken out, so many yummy options on the menu. I love a good torta. always wanted to try a cemita, but I made myself risk the disappointment. Even resisted the urge for back up tacos just in case.The service was warm and friendly and I got there during a lull (4:30 on a Saturday) and my food was ready in maybe 5 minutes. But 3 cars pulled while I was waiting so I consider myself lucky.Drove home and it was still nice and warm.WOW.Heaven. Dreams come true. It's THAT kind of molé. The good stuff. Someone's treasured family recipe. Art.The molé that makes me glad to live alone because nobody is getting a bite. And nobody could watch me using my finger to get every bit of that complex, flavorful, perfect sauce. Generous portions, for $12 I had a meal that would be $17 in a sit down place.I snarfed that plate of food with lots of gusto and very little dignity or decorum and I'll do it again!!Guess I'm going to be going to Payette a lot more!If anyone is molé curious: this is your spot. But I warn you, the bar will be set high, don't be expecting to find sauce like this everywhere you see it on the menu.This is the magical unicorn of molé.Be prepared.”
