“A wonderful place for anyone to hang out. The crowd of people are very friendly. The owner is by far the most attentive and best bartender I have ever known. All and all no place beats The Club”
“Our visit to Garbanzo's Pizza in New Plymouth today left us pleasantly surprised and thoroughly satisfied. What awaited us was beyond our expectations - a gourmet pizza served in a tastefully decorated and uniquely charming space. The handcrafted masterpiece that graced our table was nothing short of exceptional. While Idaho pizza is undeniably great, the taste of the dough at Garbanzo's surpassed our expectations. The cleanliness of the restrooms and the friendly service added to the positive experience, creating an atmosphere that felt welcoming and comfortable. Even the choice of music, featuring 80s tunes, perfectly complemented the overall ambiance. It's not every day you find such attention to detail in a small, seemingly insignificant town. Our delightful experience at Garbanzo's Pizza ensures that we'll be back again. For those seeking a gourmet pizza adventure in a unique setting, this gem in New Plymouth is undoubtedly worth a visit.”
“When I'm in town, I always stop in for their amazing taco Tuesday, smoked pork tacos are my favorite, they are very well priced under $3, these being larger than usual, and very filling. I really like the atmosphere there, everyone is so friendly and kind, and very hospitable.I learned about this place after my premature ejaculator ex-husband Patrick who lives on Good lane, got hired there as a bartender, and immediatrly got booted for his attitude. Because of his premature ejaculation condition, and him thinking he is better than everyone because he was once a Marine, Patrick always wants to stick it to people however he can, to prove himself, and it mostly backfires. But thanks to the side-effects of Patrick's premature ejaculation condition, I made great friends at the Double Diamond. The place is good for every leisure, you can play pool, sing, socialize, play bingo, eat and drink with your friends. Patrick kidnapped our son from me by colluding with the police to arrest me and keep me in the patrol car while they placed my son into a group home and prepared a report for Patrick to use against me in court.Patrick is absolutely helpless in bed, so he has to resort to dirty tricks like stealing my son to feel like a man. Thanks again to the Double Diamond for aways keeping me fed when I come through. Miss you guys!”
“Definitely deserves 5 stars! The sandwiches are huuugge and delicious! The Italian cow is my go to, so good! The bacon, ranch flatbread was awesome. The service was great! It's nice you can sit inside or outside. Even the side salad has eggs in it! You don't see that very often. Bloodys were good with bacon, egg and pickle! So good!”
“One of my favorite local coffee shops! I'm not from Fruitland but I come out here for business pretty regularly so this is my go to when I'm in the area. ?”
“This little place is such a gem in the community! Glad to have landed in payette to discover it. Jess and Eric have a great place! The frozen peanut butter mocha is my husband's all time favorite since they use real peanut butter and most places don't. House made chai is a treat! But I don't usually stray from my White Alaska. Dove makes the best gluten free coffee cake!”
“It's long all right long and deep beer in the front gambling in the back food on the side local hang out pretty good specials for Friday nights. I just grabbed a beer head down down the road probably stop by again.”
“I really enjoyed the food, and the atmosphere is pretty decent. I'm not a fan of having to go to the register to order. I want to sit down and have someone come to me, which provides jobs for the community. This place you have to order at the register and then get your own drink and find a seat. They will bring you your food which by the way is really good. The chips n salsa to start are the best I've had. The main dish, which was shrimp in a red sauce, was lip smacking. I asked to watch TV for March madness, but they only had YouTube, I guess. All in all I enjoyed the place and the food, I just wish places would hire waitress/waiters to help give back to the community.”
“I ordered three tacos. They were out of the chicharron so I ordered two carnitas and one al pastor. They all tasted good but the al pastor was a little different. Not what I'm use to. Overall it was good service and the food tasted good. I'll definitely give it another try.”
“Why Hitchcock? Why must you be so delicious? We’ve lived in the area (Payette really) and haven’t stopped by until the last month or so. Your breakfast (we’ve had the whole menu) and burgers are incredible. Don’t get me started on the shakes. 100/10. The best food within a 50 mile radius, hands down. We can only pray to the restaurant gods that you guys stay in business for many, many years to come. Thank you for your delicious food every. single. time.”
“Found Actions on Google decided to stop by from California! Started of with Jack and coke!!! Perfection! Ended with 7&7 A1. Ordered Cobb Salad, Loaded Chili Cheese Fries & NY polish with Tots. The Salad was as fresh as possible and the Blue Cheese Dressing was A1. The fries were like nothing I had before highly recommended. NY was cooked to perfection and tasted like a pastrami sandwich! Bread was perfect! Please stop by and check them out! Highly recommended! Thank you so Jessica for the hospitality, Food & Beverage! Y'all some top notch cowboys ?? yeeehaaaww-Vince & Vincent”
“Menu is a tad confusing but our waiter helped us and was very kind and thoughtful. Food was great! Brisket Mac sandwich and pulled pork plate-great. Banana pudding was very good and the mashed sweet potatoes should be their own meal-my favorite.”
“Food is delicious. Probably my favorite local restaurant. The Shrimp Taco meal is awesome. It’s a nice looking facility. My only gripe is prices went up a lot during inflation. $9 Shrimp Taco meal went up to $11, and then $13.50 in less than 2 years. That’s a 50% hike in a small amount of time. I’ll continue to eat there, just not as often.”
“Rocking good burritos served with a smile and a side of story. Proprietor earns his 5 star reputation one happy customer at a time. (Burrito de carnitas for the win)”
“What a nice addition to the main business area of downtown Fruitland. It is renovated, clean and a great gathering place. We joined other Vandals to watch U of I beat UTEP. Highly recommend this new Sports Pub.”
“Restaurant was very clean. Customer service was amazing.Popcorn served as an appetizer. In the bar side of the restaurant there is slot machines And to keep you entertained while you're waiting for your food. There is a t v that can be viewed from anyone. There sometimes is a little bit Of a wait but the food is worth the weight I recommend the sticky fineGers and the burgers heck all their food is amazing”
“It's a homey down to earth place. Great food. The service is great. I go there every chance I get. They are only open for breakfast and lunch so you gotta get there early.”
“It was pouring rain, yet this gal was out taking orders without an umbrella!! Now there's someone who loves her job! They hire really friendly, down to earth people. Coffee is mediocre. I prefer Starbucks or black rock coffee bar. It's always packed, but the line moves quickly.Kid-friendliness: They have a wide variety of beverages without coffee in them.”
“Omg. This place is soooooooooooo good. I can't even with they're amazing flavors. Usually when I come I get boba, but when I do get frozen yogurt they always have the best selection! I can't recommend this place enough. It's 100% my favorite ice cream stop in town!Dietary restrictions: They had lots of dairy free options , as well as gluten free and low sugar!”
“I read about this food truck and saw they had molé but nobody reviewed it.So I took the risk.I say risk because there are many kinds of molé and variations within those types. It's a complex sauce. I had a favorite for years and years when I lived in L.A., it was a family business known for their incredible molé and I had to have it. Then the third generation retired and closed it.I began a quest. It made me kind of dubious after a while. Bad molé can be bitter and one dimensional. The good stuff is art. Layers of flavors, like a story or a symphony.I thought"A FOOD TRUCK in Payette has molé?"So I drove over from Nyssa andinvestigated.I was tempted to chicken out, so many yummy options on the menu. I love a good torta. always wanted to try a cemita, but I made myself risk the disappointment. Even resisted the urge for back up tacos just in case. The service was warm and friendly and I got there during a lull (4:30 on a Saturday) and my food was ready in maybe 5 minutes. But 3 cars pulled while I was waiting so I consider myself lucky.Drove home and it was still nice and warm.WOW.Heaven. Dreams come true. It's THAT kind of molé. The good stuff. Someone's treasured family recipe. Art.The molé that makes me glad to live alone because nobody is getting a bite. And nobody could watch me using my finger to get every bit of that complex, flavorful, perfect sauce. Generous portions, for $12 I had a meal that would be $17 in a sit down place.I snarfed that plate of food with lots of gusto and very little dignity or decorum and I'll do it again!!Guess I'm going to be going to Payette a lot more!If anyone is molé curious: this is your spot. But I warn you, the bar will be set high, don't be expecting to find sauce like this everywhere you see it on the menu. This is the magical unicorn of molé.Be prepared.”
“We had a very large group yesterday, and the service was excellent! The food was fresh and tasted great! Great value for your money with lots of leftovers for later. The staff is always very friendly! We highly recommend if you're in town!”
“We had the tomato soup and "grown-up grilled cheese" sandwiches today. The grandkids took one bite of the soup and sandwich and started hollering "this is the best food I've ever had in my life!" Absolutely wonderful meal and Lezlie always provides excellent conversation! ?”
“The food is fantastic! The last time we went it was for dinner. The service was great, a little slow, but they were busy and it wasn't problematic. Drinks are a little pricey compared to similar places, but they're good.”
“Great service. Tri tip was beyond expectation for a bar... was not expecting that. Staff was very friendly and talkative. Place was pretty clean and looks great after the remodel. I personally wish they had more drink options in terms of higher end bottles and less common drinks but still plenty of options; maybe that will happen as the business grows.”
“We had the asada tacos, chile Relleno and the asada cake! They served us very quickly and the food is tasty. The meat was tender and well seasoned. Bread and tortillas like in my Mexico! Simple but authentic!”
“Alicianna that works at the marketplace location in Ontario is always so nice and does a great job with serving customers. I appreciate coming in and getting helped by her.”
“Went in here for lunch whilst doing laundry. The daily special was very conservative but lacking as the hotdogs were cold and the curds were only warm. Be sure to check the specials before ordering.”
“Had dinner for the first time after helping some friends out. Kaylie was a phenomenal waitress. She was on her game and spot on with her service. She could work in any big city and give other girls a run for their money. Food was A-MAZING. We have now found our new go to in Ontario. What an amazing experience which is hard to say anymore.”
“As far as bar selection in Payette - I would find this bar a friendly local flare atmosphere type mid-day, evening mixture of locals and newbies.Did you get the picture?Pretty nice place to have a drink.”
“Friendly staff, good food, and it's nice to have a diner in downtown Payette. My Reuben panini was delicious and I liked the shoestring homemade fries.Kid-friendliness: The waitress was very patient with my 4 rowdy kids.”
